Hey folks! So I’m new to Thundersplace. But have been a member over at pegym for about a year. Figure I’d check this site out as well and use both since both seem to have very good insights and useful information. Anyway, I just recently started PE over again and thought I would see if you guys had any suggestions or tips on my current routine. I currently use a Bathmate pump and pump for 30 minutes (I do this about every other day but would like to make it daily). I do 3 sets within those 30 minutes (10 minutes on, 2 minute break 3 times). And I wear a Phallosan Forte for about 10-15 hours daily. I’m wanting to add manual exercises but would like to know which ones I ought to try. I’ll probably do more jelqing but what would you guys suggest for gaining length? I’m 6.2x6 currently and would like more length but wouldn’t mind more girth I guess either. My old size was 5.81x5.75.

Wore it on red tension all day again. I also pumped 30 minutes then put on the PF after. I felt like the pumping somehow made it feel less uncomfortable to wear the PF.

Took a break today. I felt the skin around the base. It’s slightly tender but not enough to make me flinch or wince. I may bring tension down just a little.

Pumped for 30 minutes. 3 sets 10 minutes each. Also jelqed a little and clamped for about 20 minutes. Didn’t wear my PF felt like I wanted to give my dick a rest.

Pumped for 30 minutes. 3 sets 10 minutes each. Was able to use a little more pressure. Jelqed and clamped for about 30 minutes. Got really fat today. Measured for fun and it was at 6.25” girth just after clamping. Felt good enough to wear my PF but decided to wait at least an hour or so before I put it on after clamping.

Manual stretches, lower erection wet jelqing and flaccid bends for length.

You’re going too strong on girth exercises, I would stay on pumping tho, can be boosting your length as well.

I’ve been a little inconsistent with PE the past few years. I keep a much more active progress log on another PE forum but I thought I’d give an update here as well.

My current routine looks like this:

Tension Stretches for 40 minutes
Jelq 15 minutes
4 Sets of Pumping at 5 Hg, 10 minutes each set
Jelqing between each Pumping Set
Clamping for a few minutes
PF for x amount of hours.

I usually don’t clamp every day but I do it maybe 3 times a week. And I wear my PF for about 2-4 hours maybe 3-5 times a week. Just depends.
I’m mainly after length gains at this point but I don’t mind gaining girth. I really enjoy pumping so I typically keep that in almost all of my routines.
I measure every two weeks. This Friday will be my next measurement.

In my opinion you are going to strong period.
Usually it’s recommended to focus on one dimension. Whether length or girth.
With your actual great girth I would focus on length. It’s easier to lengthen a less girthier penis so I would drop every girth related exercise and focus on length on ly until I reach the length goal.

One possibility if you want your Bathmate to be still used is buying a constriction sleeve cut just under the coronal ridge.
Ideally you would buy a pump with a cylinder diameter very close to your like 2.25.
The sleeve will help with the pull length wise.
And since you’re pumping with water I Would do it with water between 103 - 113 F if bearable.

I would do it daily 5 on 2 off.
For 6 weeks followed by a 3 weeks break.

Is there a way yo plug a pump with gauge on the bathmate?

First off, thanks so much for the suggestions! I am always very open to other’s suggestions for ways to improve.

My current cylinder is 8” x 2” (diameter so something like 6.2” circumference). Sorry for the confusion. I actually now use an air pump from LA Pump. I still have a bathmate but have pretty much laid it aside as I enjoy air pumping much more. I keep a space heater on throughout my whole routine. So I constantly have a very very warm environment the whole time. I haven’t been taking days off to rest but I would consider definitely taking 1-2 days off. I just enjoy my routine so I tend to not take a day off. However, I always refrain from pumping the day before I measure so that I can give myself a more accurate measurement in the morning.

My current plan is to completely fill out the cylinder in both girth and length. Once I fill this cylinder, I will change to a longer tube with the same circumference. I probably won’t get a thicker cylinder till I am much longer.

As far as taking weeks off at a time, I would definitely consider doing that. I have noticed that each time I take a long break from PE, I come back and tend to make gains faster.

If I notice that I am not gaining much length, I will most likely change my routine to re-incorporate hanging. As I also own an LG Hanger. Or I would swap out jelqing for lengthmaster (bought from mattersofsize shop) for manual stretches.

The LG hanger is a vacuum Hanger right?

Didn’t pump today due to wanting more accurate measurements for tomorrow. I actually might start pumping less throughout the week so that I can wear my PF for longer. I find that when I pump, my dick is a bit worn out and less tolerable to wearing the PF for an extended period of time. I’m thinking something like Pumping 3-4 days a week (every other day) and PF on days where I don’t pump. We’ll see how I measure up tomorrow first to figure out how I want to proceed.

So it looks like I really didn’t gain any girth at all despite all the pumping. Which is ok. I’m super happy with the length gains and that is my main focus anyway. I’m wondering if I should up the pressure just a little bit. I pump at 5 Hg but I may try pumping at 8 Hg to see if that makes a difference in my next measurement. If this ends up causing Edema too frequently, I’ll revert back to 5 Hg. I may also start including clamping after every pumping session rather than just every once in a while after a pumping session. I also recently purchased some rubber cockrings that I will likely put on post clamping/pumping. I also may start doing my routine at the end of the day rather than the beginning as I feel that I may be able to wear my PF most of the day and then still feel up to pumping. Pumping in the morning and then trying to wear the PF for extended periods of time just didn’t work for me. It was too uncomfortable.

Note to self —-> Measurement Conditions - Took Hot Shower then proceeded with taking measurements shortly after. All measurements were taken while seated in an upright position. Took each measurement about 5 times each.

Alright, so I think I found a solid routine for my next two weeks that will hopefully yield both length and girth gains. If I wanna do both lots of time in my PF and also pump in the same day, I have to start out with my PF first because my dick can tolerate it in that order better for whatever reason. That being said, here’s what I plan to do for the next two weeks:

2/18/22

Wore PF for 8 Hours

Followed by:

50 Tension Stretches
15 Minute Erect Jelq
3 Sets 10 Mins Pumping at 5-6 Hg
One Hand Erect Jelqs for 5 Mins between each Pumping Set
5 Minute Clamping Session

I also am keeping a silicone cockring on afterwards and will probably wear this to bed. I’m hoping the plumpness of all the pumping and clamping at the end will hold a bit longer with my cockring on and that maybe my tissues will heal in this plumper state, giving me some girth gains. I’m relying on my PF and Tension Stretches for length gains and honestly, I think pumping has definitely played a major role in my length gains as well as I use a cylinder that is just barely bigger than my base girth.

I also believe that I gained some very abnormal length gains during this last two week period because I am just now coming back to PE. I had deconditioned and I have only been back for two weeks. I honestly think that my next measurement (planned for two weeks from today) will not give me as much gains. I was very surprised this time around. I measured like 5 times within an hour just to really make sure I was correct.

Wore my PF for about 11 Hours today. I worked a double shift and got home later than normal so I really didn’t get a chance to do anything else. I did about 20ish Tension Stretches and then gave in to sleep.

2/20/22

Woke up this morning hoping to get an early start since I go in to work a tiny bit later than normal. Managed to get my usual routine in. Although, I might end up having a hard time with PF since I did pumping and everything beforehand. I would like to get another full session in tonight to make up for missing yesterday.

I couldn’t finish my routine because my glans were too worn out. Too sensitive to pumping. It was kind of hard to do just the 1 set.

I was kind of frustrated this morning because my glans are still too worn out from using my PF yesterday. I am going to have to rethink my routine..

I am thinking about just using my PF as a recovery device so to speak. Meaning I only wear it for 2-4 hours AFTER I’ve done the main portion of my routine. That way I can heal in an elongated state. I don’t think its realistic to do my main routine and also wear my PF for 8 hours daily. It’s just too much for me. The desire and motivation is there, but my poor guy just can’t handle it.haha. 

The good news is that I made my quarter inch gains without doing as much as I have been the past few days so it’s really not a big deal. I think I look and feel a bit bigger. I also have a new goal to go along with my dream size of 9 x 7.and that is to have a 7 inch flaccid hang. Its definitely a very very out of reach goal at this point but I don’t doubt its possible.

8 Hours in PF today - Split it into 2, 4 hour increments.

I really really enjoyed pumping today. On my 2nd and 3rd set, I decided to put on my cock ring just to try it out. Well, the intensity was definitely on a new level for me but I actually really enjoyed it. I felt like I was definitely filling out the tube a lot more. I have an LA Air Pump that is 8” x 2” Diameter. And I just got past the word “PUMP” on the sticker at the top of the pump. About a week ago, I was definitely below that. I also noticed that I had less edema. I don’t normally get very much edema at all but I basically had NONE this time.

I have work off every Tues-Thurs. To focus on school during these days. So I have a lot of time at home. Wearing my PF at work I believe causes a lot more stress on my glans due to all my movement while wearing the device. So.. I think what I will do is the above routine on days when I am home and then on days where I work a lot, I’ll reduce my PF hours so that I can continue doing my routine daily without worrying about my glans being a bit more sensitive.

In your earlier posts you mentioned jelqing, but that changed to erect jelqs in your Feb 19 post. What do you mean by erect jelqs? Are you jelqing with a full erection?
