Interesting results! We started at about the same time at about the same size and have also achieved very similar results although you seem to be a lot more meticulous in recording your log.

I’m unaware of the Andropenis protocol for increasing extender length but I had always assumed that to increase length you need to stretch past your current EL which is what I’m doing. Very interesting to see similar gains with what I can only assume must be much lower tension.

Hello SB. We do have remarkably similar wieners from the sounds of it!

I think what you’re doing now is hopefully where I will get eventually extender lengthwise. I don’t have a very naturally stretchable dick though when I’m flaccid so at the moment I can’t physically strap into an extender that is set beyond or even near my BPEL even allowing for the initial retraction before you release the spring. I assume it’s becoming slightly stretchier as I gradually increase it week by week.

It’s pretty comfortable at the moment. Like you say probably because of the low tension. Stick with it!

The recent increased flaccid girth is making things a bit more tricky. It’s made extending more difficult the last few days as the extender base is now very snug fitting around me and the chunkiness of my flaccid is making it less stretchy. It seems a bit odd for this to suddenly happen.

Whilst girth gains are welcome, not so much if they come at the expense of making extending for length more difficult. Hopefully it’s just a temporary state.

I think I’m through the recent sticky patch. Since increasing the extender length to 13.5cm (5.3”) on 8 June my flaccid was feeling a bit too chubby to stretch properly and I’ve only got in 2 hours strap time for each of the last 3 days.

Feels like my wang is a bit slimmer and stretchier now so will aim to do 4 hours tomorrow and then hopefully back to 6 hours the day after. I’ll end up doing more than the intended 63 hours at this length but no worries.

I’ve finished my cycle at 13.5cm (5.3”). This was the least straightforward cycle so far. My flaccid was fatter and less stretchy than normal when I moved onto this length so to begin with I had to reduce my time in the rack.

The first 3 days at this length, I strapped in for only 2 hours a day, then feeling some flexibility come back I spent 2 days at 4 hours a day. By that time the flaccid chubbiness seemed to have gone and I was able to do 10 days at 6 hours a day. This meant I spent 74 hours in total at this length.

I’m feeling ready to move on now so tomorrow I’ll add the 0.3cm (0.1”) rod for 13.8cm (5.4”) total length. Aiming for 63 hours at this length but happy to do more if more time is needed.

According to your experience, it is not neccesary to stretch above erect length to see gains right?

Hi EJ. Sort of yes and no. Extending below EL seems to be sufficient so far in helping me restore ‘lost’ length. When I was younger I could manage a solid 6.25-6.5” boner but in recent years 5.5-5.75” was as good as it got. I don’t know if what I’m doing would have worked so well extending below EL if I was going for ‘new’ length.

I suspect I won’t see any new length until I’m extending beyond EL but I’m slowly working my way up to it and gradually stretching my wang out. Maybe I’m doing something wrong when stretching it but my BPFSL doesn’t seem as long as BPEL so I can’t move straight onto extending at that length.

Nice progress overall, I’m also using a extender but for me I do it a bit differently.
My Extender days looks like this:
- Starting with a morning PE training (jelqs, stretching, a bit of pump and edging) total 30-40 min
- After I wrap to get in the extender ( the pumping gives me a good head swell)
- 1 set of 1hr mid stretch (to give a chance to get rid of the pumped state)
- 2 sets of 1 hour hi stretch ( for me discomfort is a no go, so resetting every hour to get fresh blood)
- at noon I starting over again with the PE session and the same 3 extender sets.
- Always use heat! I wrap with a heating pad all the time wile working.

For me the Extender is for the healing part, most of the work is in my PE sessions.
I have gained so far with this method. I’m not doing more then 30hr a week and still see progress.

Hello SBG, thanks for the thoughts. Your results so far are tremendous! You’ll be wielding 7” before summer is done by the looks of your progress.

I probably could be doing PE a bit differently but what I quite like about the extender is I don’t have to actively do much. I work from home and I work standing at my desk so it’s quite easy for me to rack up the hours without really thinking about it. I usually strap in for 1-1.5 hours at a time before releasing for a bit. So far I’ve found it surprisingly comfortable. I do a little ‘unofficial’ stretching each time I go to strap in but I like to limit the variables for now.

All done at an extender length of 13.8cm (5.4”) for 63 hours. This cycle went very smoothly so I’m ready to move onto 14cm (5.5”). Reaching 14cm (5.5”) in the extender feels like quite a milestone as this was my initial measurement of BPEL back in February, albeit revised to 14cm (5.7”) soon after. 15.3cm (6”) feels a long way off but I’ll get there slowly and surely.

I’ll do the normal 63 hours for another cycle and then see how things look.

Thanks - I enjoy hanging more, but I just feel like the extender works better for me - I get a better BPFSL stretch with lower tension and more time.
