SUNDAY REVIEW:
Week 3: Done.
This week went pretty good. Erection level was 50-60%. Immediately after the Thursday session, I noticed red spots, a bit of itchiness, “longer” foreskin and the dick was a bit “chubby”. By “chubby” I mean the foreskin: you know when you’ve masturbated for too long at a time and for the next hours your dick looks a bit “fatter”? It was kind of similar to this, but of course not to the same degree. I’m trying to jot down all the observations I come across in my Experiment.
Also, I took the advice of using the rice sock in the beginning of the session before stretching. After the jelq, I use the wet sock to warm down.
The idea of using a hair dryer described by Pe_is_an_art is on my to-do list for a later time.
Starting tomorrow, Week 4 (13th July - 19th July), I’m adding another minute to stretching and jelqing.
This is the plan for Week 4:
(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
Rice sock warmup — 5 minutes
Stretching — 8 minutes
Jelqing — 13 minutes
Warmdown — 5 minutes
Kegels — 3 minutes
