Up to you about rice sock at warm down. I’m usually not bothered by this as just manual warm down is sufficient

I have tried all methods of heat and I ll tell you what is the best method for me.
Keep in mind when you are doing the warming up , the optimum result in the end on the warming up should be a plumped dick that is so soft like melted…
When you are in this state… its the best for gains and safety.

What I have found to be the ultimate warming up is with a hair dryer pistol in a safe distance and doing this:
In the first 3 mins I am just massaging gently and at the same time hitting heat with the pistol in all dick angles.
Then for the rest 7 minutes I am stretching very gently at a point that I am like 70% of my MFSL and at the same time I am hitting with the pistol all angles.
I am doing like 5-10 secs stretches in all directions by using heat and after the 7 minutes my dick is huge and melted.
All this warming up takes 10 mins in total…. the 5 minutes are NOT efficient.
Now stretching gently and heating at the same time creates a deeper warming up and the dick at the end of the warming up is also very stretchy and its ready for the actual session.
Give it a try and I promise it will amaze you.

This method also allows you to use the heat at the same time when you are doing your actual stretching session and you will find out that stretching while heating at the same time have a huge difference in safety and efficency.
And the good part of it is that when you have finished your stretching session and going for the jelqing part…. your dick will be already warmed up for the jelqing part.

Thank you for this detailed answer! But as I have briefly touched upon this before, I have concerns about the heat towards testicles. Using a hair dryer pistol aimed against the dick doesn’t sound too good, no? I realise that maybe I am way too concerned about this, but I want to be safe. And as we know, the warmth is bad for the sperm. Obviously it’s no issue for someone who has or doesn’t want offspring. But I don’t know if I dare to use the hair dryer as of right now. If you can give me some thoughts on this it would be wonderful.

The sperm thing is TEMPORARY… when your balls are cool some some days the sperm becomes active again.

Also with the pistol you are NOT aiming your balls.

SUNDAY REVIEW:

Week 3: Done.

This week went pretty good. Erection level was 50-60%. Immediately after the Thursday session, I noticed red spots, a bit of itchiness, “longer” foreskin and the dick was a bit “chubby”. By “chubby” I mean the foreskin: you know when you’ve masturbated for too long at a time and for the next hours your dick looks a bit “fatter”? It was kind of similar to this, but of course not to the same degree. I’m trying to jot down all the observations I come across in my Experiment.

Also, I took the advice of using the rice sock in the beginning of the session before stretching. After the jelq, I use the wet sock to warm down.

The idea of using a hair dryer described by Pe_is_an_art is on my to-do list for a later time.

Starting tomorrow, Week 4 (13th July - 19th July), I’m adding another minute to stretching and jelqing.

This is the plan for Week 4:
(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

Rice sock warmup — 5 minutes
Stretching — 8 minutes
Jelqing — 13 minutes
Warmdown — 5 minutes
Kegels — 3 minutes

Current nofap streak: 24 days.

Any measurement updates or are you waiting?

After PROPER jelqling your dick should be like 100 bees sting it LoL.

Then after 5 mins it should become a little smaller than your average flaccid… and after 2-3 hours it should be bigger than your original flaccid and stay like this 24/7.

Its too early for the measurement updates.

Had an emergency on Week 4 which resulted me in having to leave the town for a couple of weeks. This coming Monday I will have to restart Week 4 slowly and easy. It’s a bit annoying and frustrating, but it’s important to keep a cool head. Let’s continue, fellas.

Forgot to add the Sunday Review yesterday.

Week 4 went fine. Erection level on Monday and Tuesday was about 50%, Thursday 40-50% and Friday 40-70%.
I also did the measurements so I know my starting point. I’m thinking of doing the measurements again in December to check for the progress.
I’m reminding that until the end of this year I only jelq on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I do this because of my housing situation, which doesn’t allow me for the classic 2 days on 1 day off. In December, depending on my progress, I will review my routine and see what I can change there.

For Week 5 (17th - 23rd August) the plan is like this:

Warmup (with rice sock) — 5 min
Stretch — 9 min
Jelqing — 14 min
Warmdown (with wet sock) - 5 min
Kegels — 3 min

Current nofap streak: 15 days.

Mon, Tues, Thursdays, fridays are my normal routines, and wed is a stretch only day. Anything more for me causes over fatigue and effects my erection quality. Originally I was overtraining and the fatigue was not worth bad sex sessions with my wife. Just adjust your routine as needed based on your growth and erection quality. Keep it up!

Thanks, Mr. Inbetween! Got a couple of questions if you don’t mind.
What is your “normal routine” on Mon, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday?
And does your wife know that you do PE, how did you tell her, what was her reaction? I have been wondering about this for some time now. I don’t have a girlfriend or wife currently, but I imagine I would like to continue with PE even if I will live with a girlfriend. But how does one say to a significant other something like that? I thought that it must feel kind of embarassing telling something like that, because she then would think less of me? Or maybe not, but would love to hear your comment on this.

I initially kept it secret, but finally just told her one day. She doesn’t mind watching. She told me last night she loves the results! My current routine (m,t,w,thurs): morning do 15 min stretch and 100 jelq before I leave for work, at work do another 30 minutes stretching, 20-30 squeezes to increase shaft size, 20-30 dry jelq. Evening: 2or 3 sets of pumping (based on erection quality) with jelqing in between each set (about 150-200 jelqs), then shower. Wed will just be stretching only and a few squeezes.

I think like most women, your “perfect”. Initially she was hesitant to come into bathroom while I was “excercing”, and walking in the first time with the pump on was a shocker to her. Friday she came in right as I was finishing a pump set and said “you dont have to quit”. Friday night she shocked me with some dirty language I’ve never heard in our 20 plus years of marriage asking me to bury it deep. So now I wonder was I really “perfect”? She has since said she desires penetration more now than before. She has always been reserved but very sexual, but now she shows just how much she desires intercourse. I think initially she thought I was crazy, but she was indifferent to my “excercises” until she saw and felt the results. Now she loves it.
