After reading this thread Read This First: Warning To Newbies about venous leaks which in combinaiton with PE may result in irreparable damage, I’m seriously having thoughts. This reminded me why I initially wasn’t too enthusiastic when I first learned about PE some years ago and why everytime I started (about 3 times) I stopped jelqing after about two weeks. So now I’m anxious to continue jelqing.

I have had trouble getting it up when having sex. But this may very well be because of too much porn since my high school years and well into the mid twenties. And it surely must also be psychologically, thinking I’m not enough, because I’m not "the biggest dick in town", so to speak. But it’s not uncommon to lose your erection in the heat of the moment. My current nofap streak is about 16 days, but unfortunately, in these 16 days I have been watching some porn and masturbating (without orgasming). Porn is terrible, possibly more terrible than most people realize. I must stop (and I’ve said this before) completely with pornography. The realization that wanking and porn peeping may hurt more than I thought should help me to not watching this filth again.

So this week I still have two days left of PE: Thursday and Friday. I have been careful so far, though now I’m thinking to tone it back to 5 min stretching and 10 min jelqing. But from what I have read, you can’t really now if you have a venous leak until suddenly you dick doesn’t function properly. I don’t know what to do.

It’s all so tiresome…

Why do you have to do jelqing? Just skip it and skip the porn and you will be fine. Buy a quality pump and do light pumping instead. And develop your stretching and do it for longer period of time, like 20-30 min.

Porn I’m definitely done with.
But in regards to jelqing, from what I’ve read, isn’t it kind of essential for growth, sort of alpha and omega of PE?
As to the pumping, I’m quite sceptical of it, meaning I have doubts that it actually contributes to growth? There are a lot of shady devices that in reality is just “snake oil”. Also, here in the forum Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started. it is not adviced to go for the devices when one is just starting out.

Of course you don’t need to do jelqing to get a bigger penis. In my opinion it’s for conditioning only and maybe good for EQ. The only part that get enoug high preassure and expansion is the glans where all blood is puched into so maybe jelqing is good for bigger glans. It’s no way that it can be as effective for length as stretchin/hanging/extension and the same for girt compare to pumping/clamping.

Pumping is very safe if you have a gauge and just take it easy. If it will give you gains I don’t know but it safe an good for your EQ.

About 2 years ago I had bought a Bathmate and used it for about two weeks, but then I threw it in the trash bit because I thought that I will not do PE no more. I’ve read today that Bathmate is not really that good. What pump would you recommend?

I have a Thickwall. It’s an air based pump with a gauge.

When I started working out at the gym, I did not throw 500lbs on the rack and try to lift it. You can blow out or RIP a bicep or pec muscle. However, weight training is actually good for you. So it is with PE. Many PE devices are doctor recommended or proven to help. I jelq, stretch, pump, clamp, hang, and take supplements, etc. The key, like weight training, is slowly learn, adapt, strengthen, and most importantly use common sense. Pain is bad, being tired from exercise is not. And, yes, Porn can cause ed or weakened sex drive for some. Read, learn, test, watch your response, and adapt your routine to your penis’s response to training.

I know people who have got amazing gains from pumping only routines.. I’m sure what’s more important is consistency. For all of the methods avaliable.

Sunday Review (34/2020)

Alright, it’s Sunday and it’s time for our weekly review.

Since my post about being anxious continuing with jelqing after reading horror stories regarding irreparable damage, I cooled down. With some things I tend to be overcautious, but I guess in this area it’s better to err on the safe side.

Anyways, I decided to finish my week like I planned and it went alright. The only difference from this Monday and Tuesday was that on Thursday and Friday I went lighter on my jelqing.

My jelqing technique got better, because now when I jelq I press my overhand ok grip on my fat pad above the dick as to cover more jelqing area. I’m a few kilos overweight, so that’s something I work on too right now.

Erection level while jelqing were about 40-60% (Mon, Tue) and 30-50% (Thu, Fri). On Thursday I noticed tiny red spots on my penis, which is normal from what I gather.
On Friday there were a few left and barely visible. Today there are no spots whatsoever.

My morning wood this week was for the most part present. I also started going commando this week, which feels nice and liberating.

I want to make some changes in how I “number” the weeks. This week was Week 5 of PE, but continuously it has been only Week 2. That’s because, if you have been reading this thread, I had to pause my PE routine (unrelated to PE) for a couple of weeks from the end of July through the first week of August. So if I say that next week is Week 6, it can be misunderstood and you might think that I have continuously done PE 6 weeks in a row. I will still jot down for myself how many weeks of PE have been continuous, but for this thread I want to change it up a bit right now.

I will use the week number of the year when setting up plans for my routine. This week is the 34th week of 2020 (34/2020). This is also easier because I don’t need to write the dates like I have done so far.

I also want to say that I have taken the “before” pictures (with measurements), but I will retake them sometime in the beginning of September more properly with a date and my nickname written.

By the way, I will not be able to do PE starting Friday 28th august until Thursday 3rd september. With that in mind, here is the plan for WEEK 35/2020:

Warmup (rice sock) — 5 min
Stretching — 10 min
Jelqing — 15 min
Warmdown (wet sock) — 5 min
Kegels — 3 min

This routine is for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, except that I’m adding kegels on Wednsday too. No Friday routine because see above.

I will eventually need to buy a pump either after a couple of month or hopefully in the beginning of next year. Would greatly appreciate if you guys can send me some links to
pumps that you would recommend buying that have good reputation.

Sunday Review (35/2020)

This week went fine. PSI seems to be normal.
As I’ve said before, I will not be able to do PE this coming week.
With that said, I will write the plan for week 37/2020 next Sunday.

Agreed. I’m continually trying to stop. Then I start up again. It’s hard to define what porn is exactly. We all know the streaming sites - yes, porn. But what about after 10 NoFap days, then you see a tame picture on a tabloid site or Wikifeet? That becomes your porn. The definition keeps getting lower and lower.

I’m now on 30 days of nofap. Remember: “Sexual pornography degrades the Nature of all who are involved. A beautiful nude woman is art; a camera between her knees to explore her private parts is pornography.”

But I’m not sure what you mean that a picture of a women becomes “your porn”. If you can’t controll yourself and you constantly have an urge to look at pictures of women, that should tell you something. If there is a will, there is a way. Looking mindlessly at pixels on your phone in order to stimulate your dopamine receptors gives you nothing my man. There is a time for everything, including admiring the beauty of a woman.

Even though I’m currently on a 30 days streak, I have unfortunately been watching some porn (without masturbating) a couple of weeks ago. Currently I’m more or less “normalized”, but I’m going monk mode and try to not look even at women. And I intend doing so for some time into the future in order to reset myself completely, to regain and strenghten my mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
