I started PE in early 2021.
I took measurements and photos before I started and depending on erection strength and how/when I measured had a length of 16.50-17.1cm (6.5"-6.75").

For the first month I did only manual stretching and jelqing (akin to the beginner’s routine), the second month only stretching.
After these 2 months of daily exercise I noticed I reached 18cm (7.1”) already! I was very happy, but understood this would likely only be the newbie boost and perhaps some EQ improvement.
At that point I noticed my hands/wrists started to hurt and so I stopped for a couple months until I got myself a penis stretching device.
I applied the extender several times a week for about 20min-1h daily. After a couple months I noticed that I grew another 0.5cm (0.2”), now at 18.50cm (7.3").

I started to plateau bit by bit until I couldn’t measure any gains at all. Exercise became less frequent, also because it was very difficult applying the device without it being painful or slipping off, having foreskin and a fairly slim penis head.
Eventually I switched to hanging, which was more comfortable but seemed to mostly bring me flaccid gains, which is nice, but not my priority right now.
I also tried out some pumping for girth and though It worked out nicely for now I still wanna focus on length first.

My most recent measurement topped out at 18.9cm (7.4”). My final goal would be somewhere between 20-23cm (8-9"), but if I never reach it that is okay with me too. I want to try nonetheless!
From my experience it seemed the biggest effects were while I was stretching in a half-erect or even erect state. Though, perhaps it’s just coincidence rather than causation.

If any of you have tips or ideas how to continue my regimen, I would be happy to hear.
I wouldn’t mind keeping up a manual routine, but I would have to figure out what I am doing wrong to get wrist pain. Perhaps I am pulling with too much force, or hold my hands in an improper way. I am mostly not doing specific exercises as much as I am improvising when it comes to stretching.
Next up I plan on buying another extender since the other one broke.
