Today I hung for 4 sets of 20 minutes with 2 sets of the edge of the chair sitting, and 2 sets lying on the side of my bed (1 set each side) This time at 5.5lbs I am feeling this weight better…
I will probably spend 2 weeks at this weight and bring my sets up, +2 more 20m sets. Time is becoming an issue, so I will play it all by ear in the end :)
