Bit shit… only got 3 sets hanging of the edge of a chair. Oh well better than know sets :)
On the plus side I failed to mention I did 100 wet jelqs at the end of yesterdays sets :D
The most annoying part about missing days is it sets everything off for the rest of the week. Now I need to up weights on a Friday instead of a wednesday.
Ahh it’ll be grand :D
