Slight deviation as I have gotten my girlfriends flu. I did not feel like hanging at all so instead I did…

Amazing how the pump can really show off some your gains. but it is all a lie haha :) trying to avoid girth work but this day was an exception :)

If a single man who had done PE was meeting a lady I recommend, x1 20min pumping session.. makes it look even bigger but not silly looking

some edging…but I always do edging and squeezes. Which I probably should have mentioned, but I do think that is essential to any programme

I hung for 2 hours,.. 4 sets (20min each) off the edge of the chair, sitting. 2 sets on my side

This was a terrible day, the vac3 just kept slipping off… the sets were fragmented really but too hard to keep track of and I was too sick to do it anyway.

The weight is too great for the cone alone…time to start using the sleave

100 dry jelqs in bed

Used the sleeve today and it didn’t slip…this is pretty good so I am happy.. it was not that hard to get on once I played around with it for a while. My only concern is that is feels like it is pulling my skin a lot more.. :-/

You’ve been using the cone up to now ?
The sleeves work a lot better especially as you go heavier, also harder or thinner sleeves help to hang higher weights.
How long a sleeve are you using ?
The shorter you can get away with the less the skin pull.

Yep I have been using just the cone (Figured out pretty good technique to keep it there) trying to keep the pull as much off the skin as possible. I think I could use it even longer if the cone was more narrow at the non-glands side.

Ye I am seeing that with the sleeve

My one is 4.5” long.. but I can just put more of it on the vac head to shorten it. I would love to avoid anymore turkey neck.

Another thing I don’t get is, why in the hanging 101 is it suggested to increase weight in 1lbs after 10lbs…shouldn’t getting into higher weights require smaller increases??

Maybe with heavier weights you would hardly notice small increases ?

I don’t experience the pulling on the skin that you describe. When putting the end cap on, I make sure that the end of my penis is right up against the end of the cap. I use the cone and the sleeve, not one or the other. Then I use the little tube to suck as much air as I can after the cone, cap, sleeve are all in place. And I give it a few tugs as I am sucking the air out, because sometimes the end of my penis blocks the air hole and prevents me from getting all of the air out.

If you leave air in the end cap, you increase the chance you’ll get blisters.

Yes that is the logic used I guess….. just seems a little illogical in a way when following the original train of thought regarding the progression. I guess we shall see.

What weight are you on at the moment Capernicus?

Oh well not at all thank you for the thanks, means a lot :) , hopefully it will be helpful for some members, and that they are not discouraged, I have already done a lot of PE so my lack of gains so far are most likely due to that :) But I will keep going. I will however soon reduce the time to an hour a day with some jelqs and/or stretches

Hahaha you actually described my hard found hanging technique, it is the best way. I use my own spit to lube the top of the cone to get it in (saves me buying lube and not as messy).

The skin pull can only be addressed in the way Cap mentioned i.e the amount of sleeve touching the shaft. (up until now I have just used the cone, but from now on it will be cone+sleeve combo)

Perhaps with time I will avoid the skin pull.. but it really seems to be part of it the longer I let the sleeve on me shaft :-\
