And I give it a few tugs as I am sucking the air out, because sometimes the end of my penis blocks the air hole and prevents me from getting all of the air out.
If you leave air in the end cap, you increase the chance you’ll get blisters.
Oh well not at all thank you for the thanks, means a lot :) , hopefully it will be helpful for some members, and that they are not discouraged, I have already done a lot of PE so my lack of gains so far are most likely due to that :) But I will keep going. I will however soon reduce the time to an hour a day with some jelqs and/or stretches
Hahaha you actually described my hard found hanging technique, it is the best way. I use my own spit to lube the top of the cone to get it in (saves me buying lube and not as messy).
The skin pull can only be addressed in the way Cap mentioned i.e the amount of sleeve touching the shaft. (up until now I have just used the cone, but from now on it will be cone+sleeve combo)
Perhaps with time I will avoid the skin pull.. but it really seems to be part of it the longer I let the sleeve on me shaft :-\
