I don’t know how this correlates but my stretched length is well over 7” now and approaching 7.5” my EQ still sucks and am going to look into supplements to help with that! If I have good EQ I am over 6.5” bone pressed but if I have normal EQ i am usually not even 6” :/ Need help

Up to 8 lbs for about 2 hours hang time per day. Might work up to 3 hours hang time per day before I start looking to add an ads back into the routine. Haven’t measured erection length as my eq still sucks but stretched length is most likely going to hit 8” in the next few months and hoping my BPEL breaks 7” too.

Did 1 hour this morning and doing another hour after lunch which I am actually doing right now and going to do a quick half hour hang before bed. So far been super consistent with the two hanging sessions per day and should be up to 3 hours per day in no time.

I work late afternoon shifts so I feel like I have all the time in the world to hang. Might get up to 4 hours hang time per day eventually and 8 hours ads to see how that works for me.

Starting to get some attachment point pains in my glans from my vac hanger. No rest days so I am just going to hang through it and hope it goes away.

If the weight hanging vacuum device you’re using has a shallow depth and the pull comes primarily from the glans and not the shaft, then that would explain why you’re experiencing pain.

All the vac chambers I manufacture are 2 1/4” deep and the pull comes from the shaft …. not the glans.

It is one of yours actually :) The pain seems to just come and go which honestly seems normal as I am working up to 3 hours a day hang time with no days off.

Not a big deal really.

Found the cause of the pain in my glans. The sleeve I was using with my LG hanger was too short. As soon as I swapped it out for a longer one the pain went away.

Sleeve length is a matter of preference. I personally like 4”, Kingsnake liked 6”. I fit all chamber with 3” portion of sleeve. This is the most generic number we have determined to be the appropriate for the masses. It really just depends on how long your flaccid is when stretched. Since the chambers are 2.25” deep and the undercut on the chamber is 7/8” of and inch, the remaining portion of sleeve is 2 1/8” beyond the mouth opening of your chamber. So if your penis is inside the chamber the full depth, theoretically you would have 2.25” of penis inside chamber and another 2 1/8” outside chamber with the sleeve on it. Making it a total of 4 3/8” of engagement.

A longer sleeve can help ensure a better skin / sleeve connection and help eliminate any potential vacuum leaks, but again it’s really a matter of preference.

My flacid is definitely getting longer the more I hang. Going to work up to 4 hours a day over the next few months so we will see! Currently going for time under tension over just adding as much weight as I can.

Keep us updated on your training. Your strategy will provide valuable info on effectiveness of long term wear.
I’ve been able to do 5lbs for over three hours with no problems, 8 lbs for nearly two hours with no issues…. but it does require significant experience and conditioning in order to avoid a blister!

I have been hanging since 2017 and have gained about 1.5” in erect length so far. Hopfully another inch is possible with longer hang times. I am at 8lbs for 2.5 hours total hang time split between two sessions at the moment. Will most likely try to add another 1.5 hour session in there somewhere.

Moved with family until I close on the land I am buying so I have had to take a few weeks off and will need to take a few more weeks off after this. I feel like I have already lost all my gains, which I know isn’t true but every just feels small after taking time off from hanging

You’re doing very well BDR! Keep training like you’ve been and I have no doubt you’ll get that additional inch your’re looking for! If you stall you might want to consider the Bundle option. You are ready for it! This is for advanced training, and it will allow you to increase the intensity of the stretch without having to use more weight.
