Howdy y’all!

I have been a member here for some time now and have been tracking my progress in the members only section, link found below, and I thought I would start using this for my text updates and then the members only for picture updates. I started at 5" BPEL with great EQ and am now at 6" with poor EQ and almost 6.5" with great EQ. I do not know what the EQ issue is since I workout daily and have the healthiest diet a man can have. I also am very happy in my daily life as well so it is confusing to me.

My goal is to get to 7.5" BPEL and 5"-5.5" in girth all the way to my glans. My current girth is small at about 4.5" and have done nothing to improve girth at all. I started my PE journey back in 2017 with the newby manual routine and then moved to hanging with weights. Over the course of about a year of hanging I realized that I was taking more time off than I was hanging due to injuries and decided to try an extender which I could not get to not cut off blood flow so I scrapped that Idea as well. At the end of all this I was at about 5.5" and had gained about .5" in length.

When I stopped hanging I tried the most basic routine that I could imagine that was the easiest to keep consistent with over the long term and that was to simply do a 60-90 second manual routine every time I went pee, about every 30 min to an hour as I drink a lot of water and do an intense manual lig routine before bed for about 5-10 minutes.

Over the first 1.5 years of my PE journey, I gained .5". In the last year alone, I have gained 1" in length from doing this super simple routine. I am very happy with my current results and I am excited to get the EQ issue fixed as well as get past that 7" milestone. I am going to stay consistent up to 7.5" BPEL and then reassess if I want to go to 8" or not. I don’t know if that would be very usable or not so if you have an 8"+ dick would you mind chiming in on whether or not it is usable during everyday sex?

When I do hit 7.5" I will also assess if I want to start girth work yet or if I want more length as I have heard that more girth will hurt length gains, which makes sense as there is more tissue and more volume. In the next few years I will continue to check in and give updates on my journey to 7.5" BPEL and 5.5" girth.

Recently started working graveyard shifts at work which make it difficult to keep a solid routine since I can only really take short bathroom breaks and then I gotta get back to action. I have found that I really only remember to do my stretches for about 6-8 hours a day and then on my days off. Also, I carry a gun at work in a drop leg holster on my right thigh which kinda sucks because I naturally hang right, due to my tight right lig, and my drop leg stops it from actually hanging and makes it all scrunched up. I have tried just adjusting my penis to hand left but it always goes back to the right side after a few minutes.

I have not measured since my last post but I doubt I have made any gains at all. I have noticed that the lack of sleep has made my EQ even worse which sucks! My girth feels way down :/

I am currently looking for a new job so hopefully I can get on a more regular schedule soon but in the meantime, graveyard sucks!

I feel the urge to start hanging again and find a way to have 2-3lbs of tension on my unit for the rest of the day. I have heard of some people using golf weights and an extender is an option as well although, I have yet to get my extender to not cut off circulation to my unit.

I feel like I could get massive gains if I hung heavy for two one our sessions per day and then had an extender on, set to low weight for the rest of the day. The tissue growth would be amazing.

Just ordered a Bathmate and am going to start doing this routine Bathmate & Hydromax: Beginner Routines for Best Results

Will keep this thread updated on my progress and will take up to date pictures before I start the Bathmate workout to see if that specifically has an impact on my length. I will add Jelqing in after about 90 days as well.

Tried the Bathmate out today for the first time and wow it hurt. It sucked the skin around my penis into the tube WAY more than it pulling on my penis. It just kinda sucked my skin into the tube forming a bit of a donut around my dick on my pelvis. It went away as soon as I released the pressure though and was barely pumping.

I got the Hydromax 7 which is perfect for my size.

Anybody else deal with this? Any remedies?

Still pushing 6.5” BPEL with good EQ. I am happy with how far I have come but I am really excited to keep moving forward. So far, I have been consistently doing my manual stretching every two hours 8-10 times per day and noticing some results. I just got the last piece I needed to start hanging again but have stopped pumping due to my hand pump going out.

I have noticed that people gain like crazy if they hang and then use an ADS device for at least 8 hours. With this, I have come up with three options moving forward all focused on length.

1. I hang for two 20 minute sets in the morning and two more at night, then throughout the day do manual stretching every hour for the rest of the day.

2. I hang for two 20 minute sets in the morning and two more at night and wear an ADS throughout the day.

3. I hang for two 20 minute sets in the morning and two more at night, use an ADS throughout the day while removing it every hour to do a light massage and a manual routine.

Any veterans care to chime in? I am leaning towards starting with number 1 but I feel like using the ADS is MASSIVELY important as the penis can heal in the extended state. The only real reason I am hesitant to wear an ADS is that I am a bit worried it will be uncomfortable.

Again, any advice would be great!

Slightly over 6.5” now with good EQ and heading towarda 7”!!!! My stretched length is about 7.2”

I am hanging twice a day for 20 minute sessions at 5 lbs and I masturbated for about 30-45 minutes afterwards to keep my penis extended. In between those sets I do manual stretching everytime I go pee so about every hour.

My penis is sore and my glans are red from getting used to the increased size when the glans pack the chamber.

I am only slightly above average at this point but I feel like my dick is HUGE compared to when I started but at the same time, 6.5” doesn’t seem crazy. Idk, it is confusing and I feel like wven when I hit 7” and 7.5” I may very well still feel like that length isn’t crazy.

Who knows when I will stop?!?!?

Also, my glans being red and discolored seems to just be something I need to keep hanging through as it is not getting any worse and I feel it ia just my head being stretched. My after hang girth is about 5” all the way down and my base is slightly larger.

Really happy with where I am at and how fast my gains are coming.

Flacid hang has gone from 2” to 3” and I feel massive even though it is still short haha. Hopefully I will be able to get my flacid hang to 4” or evem 5” in the next few years. That would be awesome

Keep with the routine and don’t quit.

Slowly but surely you’ll get to your goals length and girth.

I my self started with similar goals and now have reached them. Maybe you’ll be like me and keep going.

I’ve been tempted to do some of those options as well. I made a Captn’s Wench and just started wearing it using a btc angle. I have a physical job and a normal ads wont work for me. I just started to dedicate to wearing the wench, so I cant give any results just yet.

Also, congrats on your gains! I would love to know your exact routine. I started at about the same place and have the same goal.

You started around 5”? What are you at now and what is it like going from below average to above average?

As I gain, I am noticing that women don’t really care too much and they still react the same when having sex haha. Kinda reinforces that size, for the most part, is irrelevant to women.

My routine changes every few months which I think actually works in my favor. Currently, I am vac hanging for only one 25 minute sessions every morning and one 25 minute session at night and then doing the manual routine every hour. I just got the last piece I needed for a custom ADS and will start wearing that today for 8 hours a day. I too have a physical job and so I don’t know if it would be safe yo wear my ads at work haha.

I am also restoring my foreskin at the same time and I think the ads I made will help with that as well!

Ok…. sooooo, my ads device was a failure on the first try. Tip of my glans turned white and was rock hard for awhile which was scary. I used a band which was really onky about 1 or 2 lbs of tension.

Gonna try a few more things or maybe just keep going with hanging and manual stretching.

Simple, Big Dick Rick. I recommend going for something like Vacu-tech. As a young man, you will grow. Just pump regularly. Keep a modest pressure.

Never get a tube larger than say 1/4” more in diameter than your erect size at first, and length two inches longer than you is okay. Most problem I found with tubes: you must enter erect; do not go for crazy intense pressure because you will get doughnuts, or bust capillaries. Not wise. Entering erect you are already at your max, so the extra pressure will increase the chambers that hold the blood, and eventually enlarge you. Expect girth gains before length gains. Biggest problem, though, was unless you have very large testicles, they will undoubtedly get sucked in. And that can hurt like holy hell if you aren’t planning on it, and could “hurt” you more than worse actually. So I had to learn to tie off the testicles with a strip of soft cloth, use a slip knot for easy exit, if you find you get them too tight. (Naturally anything too tight & cause darkly discolored is not good for anybody for anything at any length of time.) Once you are comfortable with a cock only tube, jump for a larger one that will accommodate both your cock and balls. You will love the feeling. But, naturally, to gain, and then to keep buying tubes can get expensive. Cheaper tubes may come from Dr. Kaplan. And just get a very durable plastic manual hand pump with a good pressure gauge to start; don’t go for the insane expense of an electric pump, unless you can afford it; they aren’t cheap. Another method is, if you have the stamina for it, is to also edge with your current routine. I know one guy who was obsessive and could edge for two hours. Yes, his cock grew longer, for sure. But anyone into edging for two hours is.. “out of kelter,” to me. But I’d say, if you did merely three or four 30 min. Sessions per week, you might find a real improvement, and relatively fast. (I can’t do that now, ED problems with vascular/coronary disease, and cancer of the prostate curtailed a lot of things. And size loss was great, to boot. Enough to make a well-hung man commit suicide. And definitely for a much smaller one no less.) But wasn’t ever really thrilled with the idea of edging for 20 min. Though they say that is the way to learn how to be a multiple ejaculator, or become a multi-orgasmic man. Don’t know. We are about the same size, but once I topped 8, and lost 2.5 inches. Still a nightmare to live with; pumping helped gain back 1.5 inches, but am basically stalled. Am also in my mid 70’s. Just maintaining on occasion. Not an urgent desire as it used to be. Good luck.
