Hello. I’ve been lurking these forums for a couple of years now, so I figured I might as well become a member. I’m starting this log, mainly as a means to keep myself motivated, and hopefully to get some tips from the experts if need be. Who knows - maybe this journal will even serve as an inspiration for someone, someday.
Before I begin, I believe I should briefly go over my background. I first discovered PE two years ago, in November of 2015. As I’ve always yearned for a bigger unit - but until then, never suspecting that growth after puberty was possible - I got very excited and, after a few days of heavy reading on the subject, started a newbie routine right away.
Unfortunately, I only stuck with it for a couple of months. I saw some excellent newbie gains - about a half-inch of bone-pressed length and a minuscule amount of girth - but for various reasons I fell off the PE train. Since then, I’ve only been haphazardly practicing PE on and off (but mostly off), and I doubt I’ve gained anything in all this time.
Fast forward to January 2018. One day, I was looking at my penis - as one does - and that old desire to increase my size came back in full force. I was kicking myself for quitting PE, wondering about the gains I could have achieved after two years of dedicated practice. At that moment, I resolved to begin once again with renewed vigor. This time, there will be no quitting, and no excuses.
Thus concludes my introduction. I will now write about my personal statistics, my current routine, and my goals.
Stats:
Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures or exact measurements from back when I first started, but I’ve always been a measurer, and I believe I was approximately 6” BPEL (5.5” NBPEL) by 4.5” MSEG. As I said earlier, I’ve grown a little since then. As I write this, it is Sunday night, and I will be taking proper measurements tomorrow night.
My routine:
When I first started, I was just doing basic stretches followed by a jelqing session, and finishing with 10-20 minutes of edging. I would warm up with a rice sock for a few minutes before starting, but I never applied any heat during the workout (I plan to change that soon). I did this every single day for two or three months, which in retrospect, was probably one of the main reasons I got burned out on PE.
Now, in my renaissance, I’ve been taking it slowly, and I’m only jelqing for now. I did this daily for three weeks, but I took this past week off because of a minor soon issue that developed. I’m fine now, and will continue tomorrow night. I’ve been reading during my time off, and I’ve decided I will probably start on a “two-days-on, one-day-off” schedule. I will elaborate more on my routine in tomorrow night’s post.
As for my goals, I will be continually setting short-term goals as a motivational technique. My long term goal is 7” NBPEL by 5.5” EG, but this may change in the future.
