The smoker's and former-smoker's thread

A shoutout to the smokers and former smokers here. Please share your experiences of PEing and how smoking affected it. Any success stories of quitting and a resultant PE/EQ benefits are very welcome.

For instance I am a smoker of over a decade standing. A pack a day or so at times. Not really happy with my EQ, and I have the biggest blame for nicotine.

I’ve cut down heavily and my EQ has improved a bit. Not sure if smoking or the Angion method is responsible for it.
If you have any of the following then please join in:

A success story of quitting

A success story of restoring EQ after quitting

Any way in which you think you removed plaque from your member

Anything else related to PE or EQ and smoking

Sorry that I cannot help from a smoker or former smoker standpoint, but i do have a question for you if you don’t mind to answer.

Were you able to gain size unrelated to EQ improvements while you were smoking?

I was not PEing at the time.

I was looking the internet for solutions to ED. It was then that I stumbled on the pegym. I liked it better than thunders but since they banned Janus, I migrated here.

My girth is okay. 5.5 on a good day. Length is less than 7 in nbpl. The thing is getting the bad boy up. So I’m into the angion method for that. I’m trying to quit smoking as well.

Now the other requirements of the AM need a reshuffle in my lifestyle. No wheat and milk and turmeric and garlic and ginger?! I understand that it is needed but in my cuisine you can only have steamed rice without the above said materials lol!

Also I’m not getting any cardio.

So I’m not surprised if I see 0 gains after a month of AM. But the way my veins have grown and EQ has gone up, I think AM will work on girth.

The oscillator too is a girth-first exercise.

Ohh! I digressed so much from your question!

Ah, i see. Do you know why Janus was banned everywhere else? I don’t think anybody has mentioned explicitly why. Anyway, lets not make another thread about him.
Quitting smoking should do great for your EQ. Cardio exercise should have a dramatic effect too if you’re up for it.

Haha its true, apparently the AM needs a whole load of dietary restrictions. I personally think its complete nonsense though, and that’s after studying biology for a good number of years, i can say with good confidence its mostly BS pseudoscience. Although, many of his suggestions are beneficial to the health (i.e reduce salt intake if in excess and also eat organic (i think he said that, i don’t quite follow) )

I think as long as your EQ is on the up and yore not having anything detrimental, all is good! However, edging without ejac might be an equivalent experience for you.

No worries about the digression - interesting topic!

Ive quit for 4/5 weeks and my ED like symtpom have more or less dissapeared. Quitting smoking was the last thing for me to try to sort it out. I had alsi been on a decon break for ages because my dick had become more or less useless.

I’ve done the angion method like once a week too so that could be another variable…

Let’s say it’s not the smoking and an injury healed or the angion method really does help cure ED… Smoking will one day give you a bad case of the floppy dick. So it’s best to quit… Plus you’ll be able to fuck for harder and longer.

Best,
Bear

Hey, guys!

I am a heavy smoker. I smoke about 10 to 15 cigarretes (red Malboro). And I also smoke marijuana (everyday).

I just came back from a vacation trip that I went to the National Park of Itatiaia (in Brazil) - anyone who likes this kind of experience, I suggest to search some pictures, it is really beatiful. It was a really nice experience, and it took a lot to me to do it, because of the physical requirement to climb the mountains on the park.

I didn’t smoke weed all these days (about a week or so), but I am still smoking tobbaco (less then usual, but still smoking every day).

I am 32 years old and my EQ is not what should be. I can have sex every week with my girlfriend, but I think smoking is doing a lot of bad stuff for my body and for my EQ.

Next week I will try to NOT smoke. And I really want to quit both smoke habits - weed and tobbaco. But tobbaco is harder to quit.

Before travelling, I started the Angion Method, but I did it just for a few days. Now that I am back to work and routine, I will engage on discipline. I also want to make some jelq newbie routines, but I think I ill make AM first, for EQ. Then, when I get to quit for all the smoking habits, I will engage on jelq routine.

I am really satisfied with my measures, so what I really want is to get my EQ again.

My night and morning boners are irregular and weak, and that is freaking me out.

Is there some former heavy smoker who can share his experience with us? Anything is good for cheering us for quitting.

Phallobuilder,

I’ve been there. Nicotine is a terrible addiction that holds you prisoner in so many ways. The battle to quit will be one of the most difficult fights you will face in your life. The fight to quit nicotine requires one to struggle both emotionally and physically almost every moment of the day for weeks. Once you clear the third week it begins to move behind you and gives way to a new found sense of freedom.

At first it will feel like the need to have a cigarette or nicotine will never go away, but it does and you must believe in this when you are ready to break, don’t break!

Cardio, water and awareness of triggers (which will pretty much be everything) are important components to quitting.

Get free and healthy Phallobuilder, you can do it!

I remember my mom struggled like hell to quit. She lied about it for a few weeks when she would sneak-smoke one on the way to the shops or something but she would smell when she returned. Eventually though, the stink stopped following her and she had quit for good. She said what helped the most was mints. Lots and lots of mints so instead of smoking, she was chewing mints all the time, tics tacs or chewing gum, but it kept her mouth occupied away from a cigarette. I hope this helps you.

Hey, guys.

I am here to say that it has been 3 weeks without marijuana/weed. I am very happy about it, because I was a chronic user (I smoked everyday all day long, even before work). My mind is a lot clear, my nocturne erections are really more present.

I tried to quit smoking tobacco, but I got off just one day without it. I am preparing my self for trying again. I am doing some cardio every week, I am on judo class and taiko class (both are really physically exhausting). I really want to quit this shit!

Congrats buddy, 3 weeks is a great beginning. As for cigarettes, definitely the harder uphill battle but it’s entirely possible. As i said before chronically chewing mints helped my mother quit and a nicotine-free electronic cigarette helped my uncle quit, who has smoked up to 30 cigarettes in a day at one point. He overall smoked for 16 years and took 8 months of e-cig and damn sheer determination. Also, he had a bad case of floppy dick (only ever got halfway up for some time) and if that wasn’t bad enough, a blood clot in his arm, likely caused by heavy smoking. The clot was resolved, no lasting harm but the experience left him shaken enough to make sure it never happened again.

I hope the experience I share here, although not exactly my own, can also help you quit. Well not “quit” smoking. That’s the type of phrasing tobacco companies like to say so you feel bad for stopping. To “quit” gives a sense of failure. To not smoke is in fact, a success, so really people should be saying “to beat the addiction” or something similar. You can beat it if you’re determined enough.

I know we were at loggerheads in the past, but I wish you well my PE brother, good luck! :)

Congrats on quitting weed, that’s good work!

Now keep trying to get off the cigs. It will breath new life into you, you can do it!

Thanks for the support, Zee!

Anything is welcome!

I have some cases in my family. My dad had a heart attack, probably because of his heavy smoking habits. He did “beat up the addiction” after that. I don’t want to get to that point - I need to beat this shit up BEFORE (I am 32 years old now - my dad had a heart attack when he was about 55 years old). He also had a CVA that got him one eye blind. My grandmother had emphysema from smoking.

Well, I KNOW that this addiction is killing me and taking my daily welfare from me.

Thanks!

Ah, I know that. Few years back I got 3 or 4 months without cigs. It was great. I was on kung fu then. Martial arts really help me on this struggle. That’s why I am on judo classes now (I choose judo because of my age - Kung Fu is really hard for me now).

If you went without cigs for 4 months before, you can definitely beat this! The chemical aspect should almost be completely over with at that point - then its just all about getting something to keep your hands busy, and reminding yourself whenever necessary you don’t need cigs. If you get a desperate craving, and you cant take your mind off it by doing things - do the opposite. Try meditation for 10 minutes. It might sound silly but if you can meditate for 10 minutes, and hold yourself steady, it’s great for self-control in other aspects of life to. Martial arts is also an amazing option! Now you just got to remember not to “quit” the beating ;)

I’ve tried quitting for years, but never been able to do it. Something bad happened to me 5 months ago and just like that, I did not want to smoke anymore.

EQ definitely improved. My glans started to swell back hard like it did before when I was younger. It never happened for years. I felt sharper during the day, and I can do more things, not having to think of smoking always.

Starting to smoke was one of the worst decisions I have made in my life and I wish I could turn back time and to stop my younger self from doing it.

Remember, the damage that smoking does is not completely reversible. It will do permanent damage to your lungs years after you stop.
