A disappointing week.

I cut the week short because of some negative P.I’s I was noticing.
Just took some bpfsl measurements and it seems like I have not gained anything in a month, which is rather disappointing. Bpfsl is still 15,5 cm max. The silver lining here is that I seem to have discovered that I have the dreaded ‘steel cord’ if I have understood correctly. When stretching, the sides of my penis stay softish but the center of my penis shaft, is stiff. That should mean that simple stretching without an advanced heating source is ineffective as an enlargement method for me, as the overall collagenous structure of the tunica albuginea will not be strained enough to get the extracellular matrix and the cells to communicate in a way that would yield growth of the tissues. From what I’ve read on the forums this cord means that I need heat and/or fulcrum stretching. My IR lamp should arrive at the end of next week, but even that might not be enough for the cord. Ultrasound would be the optimal choice.
Being a guy who seems to be one of the people who ‘never gets things right’, or at least that’s the narrative I have of myself in my head, the lack of gains feels like I’m living it out yet again, this time in the dimension of PE. Naturally I wished that I could be one of the guys who do the simplest things and get the easy gains, but doesn’t seem like that’d be the case. The month has not been a total waste though as I feel like I’ve improved on my stretching technique, and learned that 5-6 days of work in a row with only 1-2 days of rest seems suboptimal for my tissues.
Before getting the IR lamp I’m going to do some research and experimenting next week with cyclic stretching and light fulcrum stretching, if I can find a proper fulcrum.
