Logging up some measurements I just took.

BPEL: 14-14,5cm
MSEG: 12,5cm
BEG: 11,5cm
BGEG: 12cm
BPFSL: 15cm

The current project would be to pull some more bpfsl and to try to transmute those gains into erect lenght gains.

Week 1

17.2 - 10min stretching
18.2 - 10min stretching, 5min stretching at night
19.2 - 12min stretching
20.2 - 9min stretching
21.2 - 9min stretching
22.2 - 10min stretching
23.2 -

Stretches completed in the ways Marinera and Gentlepsycopath have described in their excellent threads. Stretches lasting between 2-4 minutes, using the v-grip and trying to use the principles of stress relaxation. Almost all stretches performed in the downward direction. I find that doing the stretches sitting under a warm shower offers great full body relaxation which might have additional benefits to just using a single external heat source pointed at your dick. I don’t know that for sure, but my tissues feel really relaxed in the shower.

No measurements taken.

Upping the time under tension next week.

Didn’t up the time under tension because wednesday I got a feeling that I might’ve been performing my stretches with too much intensity, so I decided to take a four day break instead so that I could start up again with fresher tissues tomorrow.

I’ve taken multiple bpfsl measurements this week and I never can pass the 15,5cm mark with an honest measurement. By the way it’s way more complicated to take accurate bpfsl measurements than I thought, there are a lot of variables to take into account.

Trying to be more mindful on my stretches next week.

Does that much stretching, (without any rest days,) impact your EQ? I could never stretch that much and expect to have decent boners. Cool if it works for you! I pretty much only do stretching when my wife is out of town and I’m not going to get any action anyway.

I’d maybe suggest not measuring so much. It’s pretty unlikely that you’ll see measurable gains from week to week. Maybe once monthly?
In the meantime, use your penis’ health, and EQ, refractory time, etc. to measure your improvement.

My baseline for EQ is quite low so I have to say no. Actually I had some of the hardest erections I’ve had in a while during this week. I do intend on having rest days now and in the future though.

These amounts of stretching are only the start, I intend on increasing the amount of time under tension to atleast 3 hours per week in the coming few months. I’m not pulling hard though, as I’m trying to take advantage of progressive stress relaxation.

Week 3

Time under tension this week about 75-80 minutes. I’ve been enjoying from positive P.I’s the whole week, as my flaccid doesn’t turtle the same and seems a little bit bigger and pliable a lot of times. Solid and frequent nightly erections too. Ordered an IR lamp yesterday which should arrive in the next ten days. Haven’t touched a ruler in a week and won’t until next sunday to check if my bpfsl has improved, I’m not going to take an erect measurement for some time though. Feeling really positive about PE right now, as it feels like I’m treading on the right track, but my bpfsl measurement will act as a more sophisticated authority on that.

I’ll be continuing doing my stretching in a hot shower in the coming week, and I’m also planning on raising the weekly time under tension by ten minutes or so.

A disappointing week.

I cut the week short because of some negative P.I’s I was noticing.

Just took some bpfsl measurements and it seems like I have not gained anything in a month, which is rather disappointing. Bpfsl is still 15,5 cm max. The silver lining here is that I seem to have discovered that I have the dreaded ‘steel cord’ if I have understood correctly. When stretching, the sides of my penis stay softish but the center of my penis shaft, is stiff. That should mean that simple stretching without an advanced heating source is ineffective as an enlargement method for me, as the overall collagenous structure of the tunica albuginea will not be strained enough to get the extracellular matrix and the cells to communicate in a way that would yield growth of the tissues. From what I’ve read on the forums this cord means that I need heat and/or fulcrum stretching. My IR lamp should arrive at the end of next week, but even that might not be enough for the cord. Ultrasound would be the optimal choice.

Being a guy who seems to be one of the people who ‘never gets things right’, or at least that’s the narrative I have of myself in my head, the lack of gains feels like I’m living it out yet again, this time in the dimension of PE. Naturally I wished that I could be one of the guys who do the simplest things and get the easy gains, but doesn’t seem like that’d be the case. The month has not been a total waste though as I feel like I’ve improved on my stretching technique, and learned that 5-6 days of work in a row with only 1-2 days of rest seems suboptimal for my tissues.

Before getting the IR lamp I’m going to do some research and experimenting next week with cyclic stretching and light fulcrum stretching, if I can find a proper fulcrum.
