I’ve been a long time lurker, but I think documenting as much as I can will end up being useful for myself and hopefully others.
In the past I’ve completed the first month or so of newbie programs before ultimately stopping for whatever reasons. The EQ gains I had are enough to keep my faith in PE and I’m ready to go all in.

In addition to documenting stats, I’d also like to keep track of other thoughts/updates of potential factors in the bedroom.

Starting stats: BPSFL: 7.25 BPEL: 7 NBPEL: 6.25 with a kegel, let me know if that counts. MSEG:5.25

My number one goal is definitely EQ. It’s all over the place. It took way too much effort to get those measurements. I might have more in the tank right now but these were my best measurements of the week, and if I get better numbers in the near future I’ll just consider it gains. At my best, I have absolutely no issues with my dick. Overall it’s been really good to me but often seeing NBP of 5.5 on a large frame with huge quads is starting to get to me. There’s a million variables here, but in addition to PE I’ll start by quitting porn and jerking off for now.

What I assume my girlfriend’s thoughts are: the length can be too much at times and the girth is a little underwhelming.
General consensus of past lovers I reached out to: pretty average, maybe kinda long.
My thoughts: I don’t like how it looks on my body. Performance wise, I want to go from good to ideal.

Considering all of the above (and much more), I’ve decided (for now) that my ideal dick is: BPEL-7.5 NBPEL- 7 MSEG: 5.75
For my starting sizes, the difference between BP and NBP (I didn’t straighten out curve for NBP) is 3/4 of an inch. Between cutting weight and decreasing my curve, I’m hoping to come up with .25 of an inch. This leaves me with the goal of gaining .5 in length and .5 in girth. It’s crazy to think that’s what’s separating me from completely accepting my dick.

I’ve spent the last two weeks inconsistently practicing/experimenting with exercises and my bathmate (taking off the pad was HUGE) but tomorrow will be my official Day 1. My X4 (extreme premium) should be at my door early next week. If I had to make a prediction I would guess that I hit my length goal in 4 months and my girth goal in 8.

At less than 90% my erection bends down and to the left.. When I’m really hard it’s actually fairly straight and maybe even higher than parallel.. I have a purple horizontal stretch mark, mid shaft on the left side.. When my fat pad is compressed my hidden base is probably half the circumference of mid shaft.. I gained .25 in girth over the last two years between ages 21-23.I get a lig pop every once in a while and it still scares the shit out of me.. A few years ago I had an issue where landing after jumping or even cutting off urine flow, I’d get an extreme 10/10 cramp somewhere in my inner dick in my gooch.. After introducing some new types of medicine ball throws into my lifts I noticed some strange tightness in my lower abs the next day. After poking around I realized the ligaments above my dick were really tight. I pressed down on them for a few seconds to relieve some pressure and ended up busting a nut in my pants. Not an orgasm, just like a single kegel and it all fell out of me..

I just rambled way longer than I intended but I have a feeling a lot of those things are connected. Let me know.

Great starting point you’ve got there brother, surely you’re big according to the science: Percentile calculator .

Later on equipments like pump and extender could be useful, but right now the ideal option would be to stick on manual exercises, to be more precise the newbie routine.
