Hi all,

I see all these different posts on here with all different ways of PEing and I am totally confused.

What would be the best PE for a total newbie?

I have looked about the forum and there are so many I don’t know which one would be the best.

I am looking to gain length more than girth and wondered which PE would help me reach this goal?

The right way that you start out is with Jelqing and stretching. This routine will take you about three months to help condition your penis, so you can go onto the next advanced routine. With in those three month you should start to see some gains in length and girth. To acheive your goal it take time, patients and dedication.


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL 9.000"x EG 6.500" Dusty

Go into the newbie forum.. Click on view count for the most viewed threads to be listed.. You should find everything you ever need there.

I think you must start only with the newbie routine. After months of experience, you can add clamping and also pumping to your routine, but first you must get your penis accustomed to the new “movements”. Your goal must be increase your size, not damage it.

I’m a newbie also, trust the experience on this site, like everyone said “Newbie routine”.

You can reduce the times they give you to do each exercise if it’s a little too much at first, but don’t increase times or intensity till your conditioned and don’t add anything, I did and it’s not pretty, the experienced people on this site have been there done that, so listen to them.

I know that I will probably sound like a huge idiot, but where can I go to find out what all of these abbreviations mean? Like NBP and BPL etc.. Also how to kegel would be great! I just want to do it right so that it’s not a waste of time for me!! Thanks for your help!!

I looked at your PE stats and it shows growth from 5.250” to 8.000” from 2005 to 2007. I don’t see a routine. If you don’t mind sharing, I would like to get an idea of what was responsible for your length gains.
