This is a newbie routine from Luvdadus_ i can’t answer because the thread is closed. Then i do it here and need explanations please :)

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF

Notes: gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.”

Then i understand the routine can be different if the man want more length or more girth.

Can someone post a “more oriented newbie routine” for length ??
And a “more oriented newbie routine” for girth please to see differences.

One easy way of making it more girth oriented would be to jelq with a higher erection (70-80%), and more length oriented by jelqing with a lower erection level (60-70%).

Men who are more oriented towards length gain may consider looking up and trying V stretches, A stretches or DLD blasters.

Men more interested in gaining girth may consider adding Uli’s or Horses after the suggested 6 initial week training period.

Does that mean, if i jelq with flacid i do more stretch than jelq and maximize length gains ?
I have another question: if i jelq with erection (70-80%), how can i minimize injuries: quick but not strong jelk or slow but stronger jelq ?

Jelqing flaccid wouldn’t work and jelqing with too low an erection will encourage a baseball bat shape (bigger girth toward the glans).

Minimise injuries by doing a good warm wrap prior to jelqing and progressing your as you become sure of your limits, this in itself will take time.

Yes take a look at what you are doing, alter the grip (strength/position) and the speed, the important thing with jelqing is to produce a stroke with an even internal pressure through the stroke (as much as possible).

If you are cautious then jelq with a modified OK grip to where you let go and make it a U grip. Then you’re not putting any stress on the dorsal nerves on the top of your wang.

I agree with the post that said to jelq at 60-70% … and make sure not to kegel while jelqing if you want length. Actually, don’t kegel during any PE exercises, do those seperately. :) Good luck!

A kegel enhanced jelq is very effective but probably not best to do for the first 2 months of your PE career.

memento, I agree if going for girth, but with length kegelling while exercising doesn’t seem to make sense to me.
