supplementing the newbie routine
Hi i’m curious as to what i can add to the newbie routine which i have been doing:
5 min hot wrap
9 manual stretches total… 3 outward, 3 left, 3 right
30 seconds for each stretch
jelq til the point of ejaculation
cock ring for a few min for maximum blood trapping
5 min hot wrap (is this hot wrap even worth it)
lube: coacoa butter
what are some good exercises for length and girth, and head gain i should add to this routine? i’m also going to be hanging soon
