Hi everyones i am totaly lost and i dont know what to do when to do it and how.

I have tried every thing, i did not gained, i am realy tired about being injured for nothing trying new stuffs that wont work on my iron dick whatever are the efforts i put in it seems like my dick wont grow.

I am realy tilting so after a year of PE i dont know what to do.

I made 0.5cm girth gains on the paper but i still dont know if these are real gains and not a tiny variation of erection quality, cause it goes away some days and come back other days.

Please tell me what to do…. i dont want to give up, but hell im so disapointed.

I was thinking maybe, restarting a newbie routine warming up with my pump before every sessions.

Pleased you can see a way to continue from a fresh start.

I see that you quote NBP measurements. Although I agree it’s what matters most at the end of it all, I find it hugely variable even in the same measuring session. Crikey, I can even get different measurements when I use BPEL but much less so. I also agree that EQ has a big part to play and when you are at your lowest, it packs a bad punch. Never measure when feeling low etc etc.

If you look back at the comments from your other thread, they are hugely positive with your current stats so take comfort in that.

I have followed you and it seems like you are unable to follow a routine more than one week and then you change. Why don’t you just do 20-30 min manual stretch 2 on 1 off for 6 month. Maybe do some pumping 2x10 min a couple times a week.

Read everything about stretching and be an expert on that. Learn V-grip so you can hold a stretch for at least 3-4 min. Skip yelking and edging, it will probably give you nothing.

And never pump before stretching.

Why shouldn’t i pump before stretching ?

Too much manual stretch i have had done it for 4 month and it leads me to nothing but bad EQ
I actually keep a routine for month before to change, i state new ideas in my prog report but it does not mean i change every week.

Stretching only when totally flaccid. If you pump you are not totally flaccid.
If you get bad EQ from stretching I assume you get it from hanging or extending as well. There is no difference except that you can pull harder when doing manuals. Try to hold a stretch with moderate force for 3 min without rest. Can you do that?

First off, I don’t know you and don’t know your routine/routines. Si I will try to comment objectively here. First off, if you are thinking about starting again from scratch, then first take a decon break for three months. When you do start again, make it the newbie routine again, and make sure you have a proper warm up. Don’t even think of starting your stretches until you can feel that you penis is nice and spongy. (If you don’t know what I’m talking about, then no wonder why you haven’t seen gains.) Don’t pull on it like you want to tear it off. You want longer ligaments. Not stronger ones. Take it slow and stick with the newbie and newbie only for the first three months. Then and only then (remember, this is now 6 months later) can you add your pump at the end of your routine slowly. And remember, while pumping, to have constant heat. Made a world of difference in my pump routine.

Indeed, thank you for your advice.

I have a heat pad that ive used every times i pumped.

But i never warmed up when i was new to PE maybe it would have make a difference.

I will take a break then restart from scratches with a big warm up like u said, do u think a heat pad is enough to warm up ?

A warm wash cloth that I continually soak in hot water works fine for me. Soak, wrap and stretch. Soak, wrap and stretch. But at the beginning you might have to wrap a few times before you penis is ready to be stretched. Like I said. It needs to feel spongy. That means the ligaments and flesh is hot and pliable enough to give in.
