Tramps Progress Thread
I’ve been lurking on the forum a long time. I read a lot of great threads, learned a lot as well. I’ve been apprehensive about starting and tracking since I’m a bit afraid of failure, but what the hell.
Today I started with this routine Linear Newbie Routine 2 on 1 off.
Starting stats: BPEL 5.5, EG 5
My goal is pretty conservative I think. 7.5 BPEL, 5.5 EG
Today I worked out, and in the shower right after, while I was still hot and sweaty from the exercise I did 20 jelqs and a 30 sec stretch.
Here’s hoping.
