I have always been about length with jelqs but recently started ULI’s. Girth is all new to me. I have gone from 4.25 to 4.5 EG in 5 months while being fully erect and hard on with girth. That is already a huge win for me!

Yesterday I measured girth during a ULI routine and measured 5 EG! crazy for me to know that when I do a ULI I can grow an extra 1/2 inch from an already grown girth. Sometimes with wifey sex, I get a really hard on with some keggels in and get about 4.7, I think?

My questions:
1. Do you find that an erect hard on vs ULI/clamp girth is a .5 growth, is that normal?
2. Getting to a 5 with a ULI is amazing, but what should I expect next? Do I need to grow to 5.25-5.5 ULI in order to get a 5 hard on erect OR, does 5 ULI continue and then my hard on erect will grow into a 5? The later option would be amazing but seeing what most have experienced, I am new to girth so getting to a 5.5 during a ULI is unimaginable to me but so was growing a .25 girth 5 months ago.

I think it is safe to say that your girth while training will always be bigger than your erect girth. The amount might vary, but if you are clamping or doing Ulis expect the girth in session to be bigger than pre-training. So when you hit 5" pre-workout you will be getting a bigger measurement while in the middle of the workout. But I don’t think there you should expect a standard number as the delta.

I think as a general matter, post-training length and girth increases are a positive indicator for growth potential. So, all things being equal, if your in-clamp girth is increasing week over week, or your post-training flaccid stretched length is increasing then you are headed in the right direction. In a similar way, most guys see their pre-training BPFSL increase before BPEL increases. Assuming no change in technique, as long as the trend of increase continues over time you are probably making gains from your routine, whatever you decide to measure as an indicator.

But while the post-workout expansion can be a good sign of potential growth, what really matters is the measurable gains after one has totally recovered from the workout and all the transient increase has resolved. If that more reliable measurement is consistently increasing over time you are on your way to making permanent progress.

For a data point, yes, I experience .5" increase in MSEG while doing girth work. It doesn’t happen right away, but takes at least 10-15 minutes to get there. I use that number as a measure of what I consider to be a good workout.

I started at 4.625 mseg, got up to 4.75 doing stretches and jelqs and stayed there for a long time. When I started clamping (manual or with a clamp) I would notice .375" increase in girth during the workout. Over the past few months I have pushed the intensity while still being mindful of safety and thus, the .5" difference.

In June my non clamped MSEG was 5.0" but clamped it was 5.5. Now, in September my non clamped is a bit over 5.125 and my clamped can get up to 5.625. So, based on my experience, I would say, yes, expect your clamped MSEG to stay .5" above non-clamped.

And, for what it’s worth, I never could have imagined it being that big. Seeing it that big during the workout is really motivating. I wish both of us continued girth gains.

• By clamping you are building up an unusual amount of pressure in the penis. If your penis is not conditioned for clamping, or you do not pay attention to your penis while clamping, you can easily cause an injury. The two most common injuries from clamping are thrombose veins and lymph vessels.

Following up on this! I now can get a solid 5 girth with a cock ring. So this basically means I can carry my ULI over to sex for a limited time of 20-30 min!!

During my workouts, I usually get .25” expansion. I’ve been doing ulis regularly since August. I’m pretty hopeful that I’m on the verge of another.125” permanent gain. Up to 5.125”, finally. It’s been a long time since I’ve had any girth gains. Probably 2-3 years, and believe me I put in the work.

Helpful tip for you and wifey. During foreplay while my fingers and tongue are busy doing you know what. I’m also simultaneously doing ulis with my other hand. Prior to insertion I slap on a ring and I’m at least 5.25”. It’s great! I can tell by her not normal moans, she’s loving it. But, she has never said anything, even after a total .375” gain.
