Under Skin Lump

I have a lump at the beginning of my shaft on the right side, where the scrotum meets. When flaccid it looks as if it isn’t on the shaft but when erect it is clearly at the bottom right of my shaft. If I lift the skin around it the lump lifts too so it is underlying on my skin. I’ve had it before years ago but it went away. It came back a few weeks ago & I tried to jelq through it but after a couple of days it enlarged so I stopped. It’s painless but if I squeeze it or move it around it will have a small feeling to it for a few seconds. What is it? Please respond quickly. I think it is going back down but I still want to know what it is.

It’s most likely a little lump of fat gathering in one specific area. It does not sound like a cyst but if you’re worried about it get it checked out. I’ve had testicualr cancer hence the reason I’m saying it’s most likely a lump of fat since it has come and gone. Also I’ve had such ‘lumps of fat’ under my eyelids, in my ear and other parts of my body from time to time.

Is there a way to make the lump go away or do I have to wait it out like before?

No problem buddy. Honestly, think you’ll have to wait it out, but maybe, just maybe you can try to massage it very lightly to see if it helps. Cant promise anything but who knows, it might just work.
(And btw the fact that you can move it under your skin makes it pretty certain it’s a lump of fat, upon further research, and if it’s really bothering you surgery seems to be the solution for getting rid of it.)
