Hello everyone.

I finally decided to create a log on thunders. I dabbled with PE in 2020 and 2021 with no big gains, think I gained about a quarter inch in BPEL and an eighth in MEG from pumping. Recently I came to the conclusion that I was never putting in that work for me and I think that’s why I failed in the past. I’ve been running the newbie routine for the past 4 weeks without missing a single workout day (2 on, 1 off). I’ve been tracking days on and off with a basic habit tracking app and keeping stretch time and jelqs performed on the notes app on my phone. I’ve been putting off creating a progress log but I know it’ll help keep me accountable. I track all my workouts in the gym so why not do the same with PE.

I’ve slowly built up to 9 minutes of stretch time and 400 jelqs. Starting from 5 minutes and 200 jelqs (+1min stretch, +50 jelqs/week). I’ll continue to progress until I hit 10 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of jelqing (600 3sec jelqs) as prescribed in the newbie routine.

Here are my starting measurements for tracking purposes:
BPEL: 19.05cm
MEG: 13cm

So I’m wrapping up on nearly two months doing the newbie routine. I think it’s great for general penis health and EQ. I’ve read through some other posts and was inspired by gentle psychopath. He focuses on just manual stretching with little jelq repetitions. This makes sense to me as my goal right now is to gain length and the jelqs to me feel like it’s only contributing girth. Another thing I’ll steal from him is longer stretch holds (1-3 min) I’ll start with 1 due to grip.

Starting today I’ll be doing a stretch based routine which will be very basic and look something like this:

-warm up
-7 min stretch (one minute holds / downward stretching)
-heat
-8 min stretch (one minute holds / downward stretching)
-100
-cooldown

15 minutes of stretching to start out. 2 on 1 off. Mostly downward stretching.

After today I definitely feel a more intense stretching feeling happening. I’ll be back later with updates.

Hi everyone, it’s been a bit over a month since I’ve last updated. Still at it, PIs are solid. I started aiming to complete 3 on 1 off on Feb 14. Today I’m going to up pull time to 20 minutes and take a stab at 2 minute long holds and see how I respond to that. I’ve pretty much neglected jelqs and have just been stretching and doing some edging.

I haven’t been as consistent as I wanted to be in march due to a ski trip. Main goals for next update are to be fully consistent although it is hard to get a stretching session in when the gf comes over for a few days at a time. Haven’t experimented with any stealth PE. I’ll figure something out.

I’ll include my measurements and a calendar with all the days I trained. Technically I’ve gained but can’t really tell if it’s a fault in measuring. Cya in the next one.

So I haven’t fully given up. I took a few weeks off from manual stretching, it stated to get a bit tedious to hold stretches for 20+ minutes. I also didn’t like not knowing how much force was going into each stretch.

I started hanging with 2 pounds for 45 minutes (2x20 min sessions). I’m keeping a google sheets log with dates, hang time, weights, notes and monthly measurements.

I’ll make sure to post here with a rundown of the month.

May complete! It looks like I’ve gained about half a centimetre on my BPSFL. I still struggle to measure this so I’ve been putting the ruler on my leg and stretching out as I’ve got too much skin pull right above my penis.

So far I really enjoy this style of training, it’s easy to complete, I can multitask and I actually look forward to it. I’ve been following a basic progression, adding small amounts of weight when I feel ready. I do want to add time to hang for an hour but I just think I’m too busy in life at this point. I try and hang every day and when life just gets in the way that’s my rest day.

My EQ has been excellent with no signs of over training so far, rock hard on demand, sex is great. Morning wood. Good signs. I don’t have a new FL measurement as I think this is hard to track so I’ll switch to BPFL. I haven’t made any BPEL gains but feel like I’m on the right path. Trust the process.

A few side notes and tips for myself:
-using the captains wench, tighten clamp fully, relax for a bit then tighten more than you think you need to
-jelq/blood flow to the penis after a set
-moisturize after training
-test EQ after training
