Thanks for the comment! Yeah I don’t think jelqing will cause enough harm with just our hands. Some days I pull really hard and basically stretch while jelqing.
It’s funny though because no matter how much I pull while jelqing I always end up gaining girth over length.
I have always gained while jelqing, and I find it as a staple for my future growth. It is just recently that I am taking it to the next level 50+ mins of jelqing a day.
I will be most likely measuring in the next week or so.
