Hi Everyone,

I have decided to log my PE workouts for all to see. I would greatly appreciate any tips or advice throughout my journey and hopefully can even provide some motivation for others.

A little bit about me, I have been doing PE on and off for the last couple of years. Sometimes I have had success and sometimes I have just got slack. I started at about 5.7” BPEL x 4.8” MSEG. After a month or two I got some nice newbie gains and reached 5.2” MSEG
I then took a long break from PE where I was lucky to stay around them dimensions.

Fast forward a year or so and I got some motivation to PE again. A couple of months ago I started a routine that yielded me a gain of 0.24” in BOTH length and girth (each). This was over a period over 30 days and consisted of just jelqing and manual clamping. Once again, I had a lot of stress in my life and gave up.

Here I am once again, 8 days into a new routine. Consisting of jelqing, manual clamping and clamping (just received my clamp pro today!).
In the following post I will out lay what I have done these past 8 days. 👍

Put the clamping devices away for 4-6 months. Work on staying consistent and use constant heat.

I have been doing manual clamping (I think it’s called ULI?) For a few years and I believe most of my girth gains have come from this. From 4.8” MSEG to 5.5” MSEG.

So my penis is quite conditioned to this exercise and I can do a lot of it in one day.

As I stated earlier, I got my clamp pro today and I love it! It’s so much better than doing it by hands haha. 1) I don’t get sore hands having to hold the base so tight (also gets more difficult the thicker you get). 2) I don’t have to multi task by holding the base, edging and doing kegels at the same time. 3) The clamp pro gets a tighter grip allowing more blood to get into my shaft and stay in my shaft.

I will update tonight about my PE work today.

I am actually a huge fan of yours haha. I’m surprised you chimed in. Thank you for the comments, but I realise my best gains come from clamping and all I really care about is girth.

You mean normal dates, it’s only the Americans who messed with the dates lol

Sounds good stay on it and when you feel like your coming off the routine jump back onto your log here, it helps me.

Haha made me laugh 👌. Yeah I feel a lot more motivated when I log my routine (I have done it on other PE forums.. But I really like it here now).

I didn’t mean to come across as rude or anything, but I really enjoy jelqing and girth work (clamping ect). That is also what has got me results before and is the most fun for me. Once PE is a big chore for me I usually tend to slack off.
It also did not work out the last time because I was setting up my own business and working 12-14 hours a day. But that’s all behind me at the moment.

I went a bit nuts with my new clamp I got today haha. I was excited and loved it (so much better than your hands). But I guess I will have to make sure it doesn’t turn into a bad behaviour. Like stop gains or hinder results. Anyway I did no jelqing or manual clamping today, just strictly Clamping.
▪ 3x10 Min Sets
▪ 2x5 Min Sets
▪ 1x8 Min Set
48 Mins Clamping

Will either have a rest tomorrow or go back to jelqing with only 5-10mins of clamping for the whole day.

14/04/18 - Day 9

I had a day off today as I hadn’t had a rest in 4 days. I also did quite a bit of girth work in them 4 days so a rest was definitely needed. I’m going to go back to jelqing and some clamping tomorrow which will basically be 90% of my workouts.

Woke up this morning with about a 75% erection so the rest day was good. The day before I had no morning wood, which is normally a big sign for me to take a day off. Is there any other personal indicators to look out for? Besides soreness.

I’ll be following your routine because it’s similar to mine, except iam not using an actual clamp just yet.

Quick question, how quickly did you move up to 5 min or more of manual clamping?

Right now I’m doing 1 minute holds of about 5-7 sets. Slowly increasing my time. Wanna get to where I can manual clamp for 3 sets of at least 5 minutes at a time or more before I think about getting an actual clamp just to be safe.

Hi Makehergocrazy,

Sorry if I didn’t make it clear.. When I say like “7min manual clamping” I mean in like 1-3min sets with my hands. As you probably know, your hands take a beating holding the grip at the base that tight for more than 1min. My hands have been getting stronger as well haha, and I can do about 3 mins manually.
It might be difficult to reach 5 minute sets with your hands.. Especially as your girth increases.

15/04/18 - Day 10

Pretty decent day today, got my jelqs in and a good amount of clamping. Ran out of vaseline for my wet jelqing half way through. So it hurt quite a bit doing them dry haha. Skin was a bit red and sensitive but oh well.
I have been experimenting with my clamping duration per set. I think I will most likely go with 10 minute sets from now on.

▪ 28 minutes clamping

1x13min
1x10min

Total
- 4,225 Jelqs (3.5hrs), Clamping (1hr, 16mins)
