Thick fat pad

I have a thick fat pad, around 1 1/2 inch. I am currently working on losing weight and wondering how low in weight or what body fat % I would need to get down to so I can at least get rid of an inch on my fat pad if not the whole thing. I currently weigh 225

I am where you are now, but just a year ago I was doing yoga and just some situps and pushups and got down to around 179lbs. I have a dense build so at that weight I was in pretty good shape for my height 5’ 9”. My fat pad was for the most part gone (you can’t totally get down to the bone), so for me the magic weight was around 180-175. Good luck

The main factor is your height. You said it right when you mention % of body fat. 20% is considered decent shape for middle aged men.

Alot depends on age as well.

Sometime in 2005: Bpel 5.7, eg 4.3: 7/15/07 bpel=6.1, eg 4.6

I’m 180 with 12% body fat and my fat pad is about 1.1 inches. I can’t really give you a number you should weigh because it will vary a lot from person to person since everyone retains(stores) fat differently. What I can tell you from first hand experience is this:when my body fat was at 6% I had no fat pad at all.

But remember in certain positions(such as missionary) the fat pad doesn’t really matter. You can still get balls deep if you thrust right.

ugh I hate the fat pad, it eats up alot of my length. I hate all the fat in general, guess Im just gonna have to lose a ton of weight.

You dont have a high body fat % at all, I would think you would have a slightly less thick fat pad.

Yeah I wish it was lower. I’m bulking up right now so it’s one of the last priorities on my mind.

<12% is generally considered a good starting point as regards fitness.

I’ve lost over 30 lbs aver the last year. Fat pad hasn’t seemed to diminish at all :( . I’m 6’1” and 208 and have about an inch of fat pad. I hate it! I guess some of us may just have to live with it.

Before I gained weight I think I was around half an inch longer because of less fat pad, but hey anything helps. I hope to get down to a lower weight than what I used to be (Ive always been overweight) and even if I gain only 1/2 inch - 3/4 inch its better than nothing. And if im really fortunate I hope to get a full inch. Dont forget its not just the extra bit of length from the fat pad but your dick looks much larger when attached to a smaller body.

My fat pad is nearly two inches. If I could lose an inch from losing weight, I would be so grateful. I have always been chubby in the stomach, so my fat pad has always been rather thick (estimating around 1.25-1.5 inches). But in the past two years, I’ve done a little too much drinking and partying, and not enough working out and eating right, so I put on forty pounds. I’ve been dieting and exercising the past few weeks, and eventually months and months down the road, I hope I can melt that fat pad away. It’s a long process, but I’m up to it.

If I make any drastic changes, I’ll definitely report my progress. What better way to influence someone to lose weight than telling them they could add an extra inch to their unit?

lol. Exactly. Its a huge motivator for me.

Green tea helps to reduce the fat pad. I used it for some time, no exercise at that time, and at the end of a month use, m BP had increase 0.05 while me NBP went up 0.25.

I went from 204 lbs to 184 lbs. Weight did not budge until I started on Green Tea. Supplemental green tea is stronger than drinking it by the cup.
Also black tea gives you some of the same benefits as Green Tea.

However it works better if you cut your calories about 200. And burn an extra 200 calories per day or more. One 45 minute brisk walk should burn about 200 calories.

Oh Green Tea is great stuff. Full of antioxidants, boosts your metabolism and is good for EVERYTHING. Ive been drinking at least a cup a day. Go out and buy some premium green tea that tastes really delicate, tastes best without any added sugar or any sweetener.
