HI EVERYONE!! I started this awhile ago then fell right off the deep end gained weight and lost size because of that😆

So I’ll be updating this weekly to force my self to be accountable to keeping it up this will be a 1-2 year journey, So this will be updating for some time hope I annoy all of you to do the same😆

So I’ll be using two methods manual stretching and using the QEP(Quick Extender Pro) and I might later move on to hanging instead of using a extender from the many positive things I’ve heard of it

But for now my routine is

5mins of manual stretching
-45-60mins of using the extender 5 days on 2 days off 3-5 times a day
I’ll also be purchasing a cock sleeve to let it heal with heat while it’s extended after each session

My current stats are
5.7 inches pressed to the pelvic bone
4.25 not pressed to the pelvic bone(Lost .75 inches due to fat gain)

With the goal of hitting 6.5-7 inches no bone press

On top of that within the next 8 months I plan on going from 260lbs to 190ish with a very aggressive weight lose plan.

If anyone here has any tips please tell me I’m looking to soak as much as I can, Not currently dating anyone so I don’t really have to worry splitting time from PE with a girlfriend so go all out.

You should add more time with the manual stretches as times goes on.

Also, add more time to the ADS as time goes on.

Buy a pump for the EQ, girth, and length. An electric one is perfect for beginners, thats what I use.

Wear the sleeve anytime your not wearing the ADS and avoid any PE equipment during sleep except for fowfers.

I wear the sleeve when I exercise and during cold showers because I won’t allow my dick to turtle.

Doing this, my flaccid length went from looking like a cone stacked on some coins to being 4 1/2 inches flaccid.
