Weight hanging stretching up
Hey guys ,
I just wanted to share a strategy I have been using that has allowed me to stretch more while avoiding too much penis fatigue/ injury. So basically I hang 1.5 to 2.5 and up to 7.5 lbs a day at least 5 hours , 5 days a week or more. I definitely am gaining and if I did this for a year I wouldn’t be surprised if I gained 1.5 inches BUT hanging like this has injured (my dick swelled up thank god it healed, still feel it thou) me so I have taken days off to heal. However, after reading some post about angles to stretch I now stretch all angles and when I get fatigued I switch to a different angle to work a more fresh area of my shaft and this allows me to stretch all day without lowering the weight.
Angles 5 - 9 hours a day usually 6
DOWN sit on the chair and hang the weights straight down to the ground
SIDES I sit on the chair and hang to weight over either leg
UP I sit on the chair and hang the weight over each shoulder with a stretchy belt
PUMP 20-35 mins 5 days a week
Goal : Be a Big gainer
Not sure of my gains so far, but I’m guessing at least .5 inch maybe even .8 inch in the last 3 months
Pretty noticeable tho , so times I look down and I am very happy , I hang a lot lower , a Lot more (I’m not sure if I stretched the tendon BC I don’t turtle at all anymore )and when hard, It just looks really long compared to before I started stretching. I’m happy with my gains hopefully they keep coming
