I first started off just casually doing exercises with no real goal, just to see what happens.. To my surprise I gained nearly 2 inches quicker than I thought possible.. Started off around 6 inch length and right now I’m well over 7”.Time to track my progress from here see if I can keep gaining so quickly with only a pretty basic routine.

Currently size April 2017:

Length 7.4”
Girth 6”
EQ whilst edging as part of my routine I without fail have 10/10 EQ.. Since I started my routine my erections are the best they ever have been.

Routine varies a lot as from past experience mixing it up a little makes for quicker gains..

‘Warm up’
Warm shower to get blood flowing better
Silicone cock ring for at least 20 minutes.
5 kegals (cock ring not used)
Basic stretches tugging gently at the ‘root’ at the base of my cock. When this is done perfect I instantly gain extra length to work with to make permanent growth.

By the end of warming up I’m usually 90-100% fully erect so begin edging for a short time
Rest for a few minutes until around 30% erect
20 kegels holding for as long as possibly
Dry jelqing for at least 15 minutes trying to keep between 50-70% erect.
Cock ring back on after jelqing, keep on at 100% erect for 5-10 mins
Rest 5 minutes and gently massage to keep blood constantly refreshed
Dry jelq & edging for 15 minutes. Jelq if not fully erect.. Edge if become 100% erect.

Warm down
Cock ring back on at 50% erect and do small short kegels
Keep cock ring on for 20-30 minutes and make sure to stay below 70% erect
Either hot towell wrapped or quick hot shower directly on my shaft.

I probably missed/mixed up a few things as I believe a routine isn’t that important as long as you know the exercises and see what feels best each session.. Its real easy to know when your exercising right you can feel the difference and even see the changes while doing it.

If it doesn’t feel right or like its doing nothing.. Try a different way/grip/exercise.even switching hands can have a big impact. Trust me you’ll know when its good.
