Making this log to hold myself accountable. I started PEing in January and ended up falling off the wagon in March, and I’m starting back up again now. My routine started as 10 minutes of jelqing and 10 minutes of stretches every day, adding 2 minutes to each every other week. I got up to 18 minutes on each before stopping, and I’m restarting at 12 now. I’ll try to update this log with my routine and current stats at least once a month.

Routine

Jelqs - 12 mins

Stretches - 12 mins, held for 2:00
6 mins SO
6 mins SU

Current Stats

BPEL - 5.25”
MSEG - 4.375”
BPFSL - 5.375”
