Hi everyone. I’m not new to PE but I’ve decided to give it another go. I feel that creating this post will help me stay on track and motivated.

A little about me:
I’m doing PE because I’m not really satisfied with my size as I feel like I’m on the small side of the scale. I don’t really have sex that often anymore with my gf either. She says she’s just never in the mood but I think otherwise. I’m pretty sure her past partners have been somewhat larger than I am. My relationship has been going on for over 3 and a half years and it is going very well other than the sex. So I’m just going to have to give her another reason to want to have sex more often now ;) Aside from that, I just personally want to know the feeling to have a big one. I’m really into lifting and am obsessed with turning my body into a beast, and it disappoints me to be building all this muscle and size only to feel a little insecure when my pants come off. So cheers to your goals and mine!

Stats:
8/24/15
-BPEL = 6’
-EG = 5’

Goals:
-My ultimate goal for right now is to reach 8’ BPEL or at least show 7’ NBEL and 6’ EG. Boy would I be happy.

Routine:
The routine I am currently doing is every other day, sometimes two days in a row if I’m feeling well. My goal is to gain length and girth.
-Warm up
-30 Sec basic stretches 1-2 times (N,S,E,W, NW,NE,SE,SW. I also like to finish with a 30 sec A and V stretch)
-10 min clamping (2 sets of 5 mins)
-50 kegels
-Warm down

I may start jelqing again but right now I’m liking this routine.

I will regularly update my progress every one to two weeks. Thanks ahead of time to those who follow and support :)

I will immediately post a reply as I have made some progress since my stats as of (8/24). So far I don’t see anything significant to post for erectile increases in size, but I have seen a very significant change in flaccid hang. At least .5 to a whole inch in hang :) Very encouraging!

I would incorporate Jelqing into your clamping. Just do 100 of them between sets and you will notice a difference.


Current 5.5 NBPEL x 5.75 Base EG - 5.25 MSEG 7" BPSFL

Short Term Goal 6 NBPEL x 6 MPEG

Long Term Goal 8 NBPEL x 7 MPEG (why not dream BIG?)

Now that I got some lubricant I think I will give that a go. I’ll probably add about 5 mins of jelqing which should equate to about 100 jelqs. Thanks I’ll update a few weeks later on the jelqing.

Hey everyone today is my first update for my progress report. So far I’m somewhat satisfied with my gains, but nothing huge though. I added 5 mins of jelqing to the routine and depending on how I feel I either do 5 mins of clamping or the full 10 as I started. As far as the gains go from the date that I started, these are the results thus far:
BPEL: +.25’
EG: No gains.
Aside from these stats my flaccid hang has increased a little bit.

I will be back with another update in about 2-3 weeks.
