Two or three days ago I saw my MEG floating between 5.1 and 5.2. I wouldn’t consider that to be permanent gains until I measure one more time. I plan to do it somewhere in mid-november. Until now I’ve been measuring almost every day.
I’ve been doing PE for 2 years and 4 months now and I would like to mention the tips that I’ve so far noticed to be important. They have surely been already mentioned all over the forum but I would like to make a list of my own.
The main point for me is that I have a bit low blood pressure which is much rarer than the opposite so I try to improve this.
- Eat healthy
I tried to cut on sugar and this seems to boost my libido. The day I crack and eat something really sweet, that has a negative impact, I’m less horny and erections are not that strong. And I’m convinced that in order to gain you need to keep your libido at its highest possible. I see a difference in MEG on high libido and not that high libido days.
As for salt I try to get some throughout the day as I find it keeps the water in the body which is a good thing. But here you surely do need to know where to stop.
-Staying hydrated
-Eating food boosting libido
Ginko bilboa tea (but not before going to bed or you’ll be waking up throughout the whole night). I like to drink it on cold days.
Pomegrenate juice- love it, boosts my libido and it is surely quite good for your cardiovascular system.
-Importance of physical activity
I try to go to the gym at least 2 days a week. One day cardio, one day workouts including back and leg exercises. Make sure that you have enough time to restore or it can impact your gains negatively and moreover when you’re overtrained you are more prone to catch a cold (I live in a cold area so that’s quite pertinent).
-Masturbation and porn habits
At first I thought that masturbation could only be a negative thing, however I find that natural porn, where you see at least a glipse of emotion between the guy and the girl and which is basically just a normal sex can be a good thing for edging even if you come, just make sure that you edge long enough to boost MEG gains. This works for me personally, so I think that you should certainly take into account phsycological aspects of PE.
-Cold showers
I’ve always wanted to start taking cold showers in order to improve circulation and to boost testosterone. For now the least I can do is to avoid taking warm showers as far as possible.
