I have found most of my gains in my upper region. My routine to target it:
I wet jelq
Then jelq squeeze to get more blood up
Usually lose some EQ now so slight stimulation to get it back
Then single hand jelqs while holding the base focusing on forcing blood up
Then manual clamp right below where I want girth while kegeling in more blood
I’ll hold it for like 30-60 seconds while poking the glans to ensure they are full. Kills my hands after a while and a clamp would probably be better. But I can jelq force up blood then clamp without losing too much EQ. So forearm training it is.
I like the baseball bat shape and look. I also have a very sensitive glans so it bigger up top gives me more pleasure.
But yet I have always had smaller base girth.
