Damn bruh this inspired me. I was feeling pretty down since I measured my girth and it’s 4.25” shit sucks but, seeing your growth is cool. Any tips and tricks to gain all that length. Also what were the first months like starting PE, just wondering if I’m doing good or not

I gained my first 1cm of length thanks to jelqing only about 6 MONTHS AFTER starting. Then I had no gains for another 6-7 months. Then I found a gf and suddenly went from 16-16.5 BPEL to 19 BPEL thanks to jelq squeeze (description below) in just one month. And finally l went to 20+ BPEL after another 6-7 months doing the same jelq squeezes. So length gains came in bursts for me. I didn’t add new exercises during the first 6 months, just sticked to standard jelqing in order to condition myself properly. So in short:
-Keep a regular routine, rather do little but do it regularly
-Keep your EQ high
I had some EQ issues but PE helped me to fight them
-Exercise regularly, 2-3 times per week, cardiowork is important
-Keep your libido high
I think that’s the most important point
-Have sex
Keep your porn limited and try to have sex regularly
-Eat well and good
-Don’t rush
Add new, more complex exercises only if you’re well conditioned (at least 3 months of newbie PE)
If you gain don’t go mad trying to maximise them, let them cement. I had several injuries because of my impatience.

As for the jelq sqeeze (before doing it stick to newbie routine for at least 3 months)- left hand ok grip at the base, right hand reverse ok grip move the blood up your unit (don’t do it with the glans). Do it slowly sometimes realising the left ok grip at the base and change hands.

Thanks xeavier. I’m a month and a half on my journey, only thing I’m noticing is my flaccid length is going up and some new veins on my shaft. Honestly I’m just worried about my girth I was with a chick last month and she told me she couldn’t feel anything. Shit was devastating, but it’s giving me more drive to do PE consistently so that’s a plus.

Lots of soreness, burst capillaries that showed up first as red dots, most went away but a couple stayed and turned black, and the fugly stretch marks. I applied silicone gel scar creams, coconut oil and a lightening creams to faint them. They’re very faint but it took me almost 2 years to get there.

That’s one hell of a progress. Feeling your PI serif little growth and just continuing on the same route rather than making drastic changes. I’m hoping to get to your size doing along the same lines.

Thanks scubes. Nice gains you made as well in a couple of months. Is having a better flaccid hang a good PI and meaning that the PE is working?

Better flacid hand is surely a good PI. Sometimes it comes just before erect gains.

Did a clamping session two days ago. Measured 5.5 MEG today, so the medium term goal achieved.
I think I’ll stop if I ever reach 6.25-6.5.

But the problem is my upper girth since is stays in the range of 4.7-4.9. Some guys here say that in order to gain in this department you should use 2 clamps. I’ll consider this option, I guess. If someone can share their experience with glans and upper girth gains, please do so.

I have found most of my gains in my upper region. My routine to target it:

I wet jelq

Then jelq squeeze to get more blood up

Usually lose some EQ now so slight stimulation to get it back

Then single hand jelqs while holding the base focusing on forcing blood up

Then manual clamp right below where I want girth while kegeling in more blood

I’ll hold it for like 30-60 seconds while poking the glans to ensure they are full. Kills my hands after a while and a clamp would probably be better. But I can jelq force up blood then clamp without losing too much EQ. So forearm training it is.

I like the baseball bat shape and look. I also have a very sensitive glans so it bigger up top gives me more pleasure.

But yet I have always had smaller base girth.
