Avoiding signs of “not enough” and “too much” while trying to get substantial expansion..

The BM is a great tool for warmup light pumping prior to girth work. Very imprecise for intenser pumping. (I use a thickwall with a gauge)

I understand your desire for more girth. Obviously injecting foreign agents into a dick is always risky and I think not worth it,.. That’s what I meant to say but of course it’s your body.

Right now I am probably on the verge of “too much” but I saw some positive PIs last night doing almost 300 jelqs. I’ll be sure to adjust accordingly! If I can ask, what were your starting and current measurements?

I’ve been taught that 6 weeks should be a good indicator whether or not a routine is working. That gain zone has been narrow enough for me to miss for a year and a bit more!

It sounds like you may be jumping around exercises too much.

I use the Bathmate now but not recently. It seems that progression brings on negative PIs in any case. Less is more is no better, bringing on zero gains. That’s why it’s tough for me. It’s lose/lose. So try sensible pumping and back off at negative PIs is what I’m getting from this comment. Thank you!

honestly, take a step back.

You are 20 years old. Your time perspective is all wrong. You will likely live to be almost 100 and have another 50 years + of sexual experience.

Over time you will develop. Allow this to happen with discipline. The only thing that appears disciplined about your practice is typing a log and measuring.

Focus on your exercises and reading about successful techniques, also perform these techniques correctly. Be consistent, expect 4 years before you change yourself.

4 years seems like a long time in comparison to a lot of other gainers, but I guess if I’m starting this low then .5” girth may be harder to get? I would also think that the 20s should be the sexual peak, no? I am hoping to see a good amount of change in about a year or two years as it is now.

4 years is not a longtime in pe. You need to look for results in years. Your dick will change slow enough you won’t detect it outside of measurements. Slow grind

What have your starting and current measurements been?

Going on 1 year in, I started 6.125 x 4.25. Am now 6.5 x 4.5. Slow gains and it still feels like the same size but meticulous measurements prove it is growing. Slow grind. Another year from now I could be 6.75 x 4.75. In two years I could be 7x5. When you think along that line it helps you stay the course and is why I chose my posting name.

also the title of your post should be changed. You have been doing pe for 1 year but it has not been proper pe. I perused your pe gym log- it appear to me that you have been doing about 3 months of proper PE roughly the time with Big Al. However, I am not sure are on the right course there either- I would check out Xeno and study study study his log. I think your techniques may be wrong too. Make sure you are doing your exercise properly.

I cant remember if you ever started with JP 90?

Start there, do the stretches with the ut most focus, same with keggals and jelqing. Perfect practice.

Make sure you are getting positive PIs.

USE HEAT, STAY HYDRATED, EAT PROTEIN, exercise your body too

Stay the course, buddy.

I was pretty sure I was maxed out with my measly gains from several years of (admittedly I inconsistent) jelquing and manual stretches until I tried pumping and then all of a sudden I gained over an inch in flaccid length and around a quarter inch in girth. Pretty short span of time too, for a few weeks I could almost see it growing workout to workout.

I think the key is to find what works for you and hit that to the max. In my case because I’m uncut and not overly gifted with length, I just couldn’t get a good enough grip to stretch at sufficient tension to see gains. Nor could I consistently get enough of an erection on my own to jelq successfully. The pump just took all of that difficulty away and then for the first time I started seeing almost newbie gains.

You would similarly need to find your own personal tipping point. An obvious place to start would be clamping since that’s something you haven’t tried yet. But I’d also go back and watch the videos and see if you have actually been doing all the exercises you’ve tried so far the right way or not. You might be surprised.

You have to draw a fine balance between too much and not enough as some of the posters mentioned, and the biggest challenge would be to stay committed when the gains aren’t coming easy. But if I were you, I’d stay the hell away from injecting fillers.
