I always use one during sex. My girth and length go up around 1/2" each and it increases a bit over the session time. After a long session of sex my girth has gone up so much it is sometimes hard to take it off, like a pump session but no edema. Plus there are often variations in hardness during a long sex session and a ring keeps it at its highest the whole time.

I prefer a ring that goes around my cock and balls, not just on the shaft. This way it’s pretty much out of the way for sex—perhaps the partners who feel irritated by them on the shaft only wouldn’t mind this. I also prefer a ring that is a little wide (like 1/4" or so) which makes it more firm while still being stretchy and is more comfortable to wear for a longer session.

Sizing is key, so if you are new to using them I recommend getting a multi-pack with several diameter rings. You probably won’t use half of them but you can see which is your favorite size for shaft only, shaft and balls, short sex sessions, longer ones and longer use outside the bedroom for PE-related engorgement.

When I first started this thread I was new to all this, I assumed the only C-ring was over the shaft, even when I read tD recommendation, I was like, that sounds too much for me.

NOW! I’m pretty much leaning towards C-ring over cock and balls, and for anyone starting I would lean them this way to start. I have another thread where I was wearing it over the shaft and got a strain (I do not know if the C-ring had anything to do with it but it happened)

The reasons are simple for C-ring over cock and balls. Wifey doesn’t even feel it even when riding on top, I can get the girth and be more comfortable in long sex sessions.
