The device immediately loads the data to a central database and you can view it online. It runs preprogrammed routines so as far as I know, nobody has the ability to manually control the machine’s operation (outside of disabling it via the licensing module).

Blog Summary

Well, I think we are now far enough into this that conclusive statements about the efficacy of the PhalBack can be made. As a reminder, I am a hard-gainer and PE has done nothing for me since I learned of it way back in the early 2000’s.

In less than 60 days, my total volume has increased 17.5% and is not showing any signs of stopping. Unfortunately, due to a number of obligations, I will have to take some time off (a planned 4-6 weeks). However, this is not necessarily bad news! PhalBack has reported that many people reach most of their gains by 8 weeks. However, deconditioning periods have not been fully explored, and it is very promising that by taking a month or two off (the time period is yet to be fully determined) the gain train can be restarted to a degree. This concept is very similar to Kyrpa’s methodology in his 6 weeks on X months off using ultrasound with hanging/extending (see Thunder’s Place for more information on this). I will complete my deconditioning period, and then restart using the device for continued progress.

Having said the above, I will have to concede that it does not appear I am on track for the 1″ of erect girth in 90 days (BPEL is a little more nebulous – it’s possible I could put it on in another month, but unfortunately, I won’t know).

There are two ways this can be interpreted:

The PhalBack’s claims are exaggerated and it is not as effective as promised.

The PhalBack is as effective as promised and even works on a hard-gainer like me (to a lesser degree) who has failed to gain anything from PE despite years of attempts.

I am in the latter camp and quite pleased with my results so far. I 100% believe that I will continue to make great progress after my deconditioning period and am excited to start again.

These gains total 17.5% total volume in under 60 days. It’s pretty clear at this point that the PhalBack works. My wife says she can feel the added weight and thickness, although surprisingly enough doesn’t really notice the length. I’ve probably gotten fatter during the trial so that likely didn’t help. That aside, as stated previously I am very pleased with the results so far. Would I pay 20K for this? Yes, but only if they let me keep it for much longer than 90 days to max out the gains. I am also pretty financially well off, so don’t take this as a suggestion to buy something you can’t afford! There are plenty of other methods that have also been shown to work that won’t break the bank. The PhalBack is about buying time.

The system truly is simple to use and when you work directly with their team, they are very helpful in moving things along and solving problems. The device is not quite as simple as pushing a button. There is a lot of optimization required and other factors that need to be just right to keep gains coming. You can see in my spreadsheet session log that there were many obstacles to overcome and a lot of experimentation. If you have a mushroom shaped head, your journey will be easier than mine.

From my experience so far, the most two important things for the PhalBack to work are:

Properly sized chamber

No skipped sessions

My advice to other users of the system would be to experiment a bit and to make sure that you are not skipping sessions (allowing your tissues to heal and get stronger) and to be very careful to inspect your biofeedback and results to make sure you are in the correctly sized chamber. Don’t be afraid to test things, and absolutely reach out to the PhalBack team if you feel lost or like things aren’t as optimized as can be. They monitor the data, but it’s just not the same as what you are aware of with your own penis.

I spent a lot of time dabbling with the #12 chamber before ultimately resigning to the fact that I wasn’t quite thick enough for it yet. Moving back to the #11 and my length is looking pretty great. They have told me girth does not have the same stalling problems that length does, but I do seem fortunate in that I’m putting on length so quickly compared to many users (I think I am somewhat anomalous in that aspect). My goal is 8×6 and I won’t stop until I get there.

Are you being serious? You took the time to write this post but couldn’t be bothered to click the first link in my writing that shows all of my picture proof of gains?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I am kinda surprized (to say the least) that this is garnering so little interest here. Based on Chad’s stats in 6 weeks using the device he has measured gains of
- 0.9" BPSFL
- 0.5" BPEL
- 0.2" MSEG

When, based on his own account he is a hard gainer who has done PE for a couple of years and not really gained anything.

Sample size of n=1 and a product that is out of the price range of a lot of people, yada, yada. (However, on the other hand there are many guys spending this much and more on surgery that doesn’t work or has very dubious results).

If I had those gains within 3 months then I think I would happily retire from PE.

I think there is plenty of interest, as more and more guys re incorporating vibration and trying to mimic the Phallback setup.

I also think there is more expression of interest over on reddit, but there is generally a lot more posting activity over there.

Back in the archives there are several threads from guys who have tried combining vibration with hanging. Nobody had any significant results to report.

Phalback may have the magic sauce. If so, I will freely acknowledge it, tip my hat to them, and make my own.

It may not really be about vibration at all but more the pressure oscillation creating more "stretch events". At least this is what is sounds like reading up on the public posts of the Phalback founder. More stretch events = more micro tears = more growth, caused by new cells filling in the gaps from micro tears while avoiding injury (which also makes sense why session times are short duration with at least 6-8 hours of rest before sessions for tissue repair and recovery.)

Makes me think there may be something to devices like a wreaking ball where a relatively low weight of 1-4 lbs could be comfortably worn while more or less goign about daily activities. It may be the "jiggling" and variability in pull that the the effective part and not the time under tension.

I have completed my decon and am starting up with round 2. I plan on continuing with minimal breaks until late December. Will post weekly updates. My goal is to hit 5.5 girth. We’ll see if we can make it happen.

Summary

This announcement marks the official beginning of my return to the PhalBack for round 2. I took a 50-60~ day decon and am ready to roll. I completed my first session today and finished at 8.07" which is slightly below 8.19" from my previous session on June 16th. It was a little intense since I wasn’t used to the vacuum anymore, but it was tolerable and things are looking good so far. There have been some software updates since the last run that force you to input measurements every 7 days or so to ensure you are in the correct chamber and allow them to track gains through additional data points.

Goals

My goals are to take the lessons learned from the previous trial and focus on maintaining solid gains (particularly in girth) without getting into the weeds of experimenting (at least for this cycle).
I measured slightly over 5" girth at the end of my last cycle with the PB, and my current goal is 5.5" by the end of this cycle, which I plan on taking through the end of December. There will be a few small interruptions in that period for travel and some holiday things, but I don’t think it will have a material impact on the result.

Edit: Forgot to mention BPFSL went down by .2" to 7.7 from 7.9. This was expected and is what happens upon ceasing PE activities. I have no doubt it will come back quickly and increase from there.

My final long-term goal remains 8x6. I will be posting weekly updates as previously. See you next Friday.
