Glad to see this getting an independent review, and yeah, solid quality documentation.
How much prior P.E. gains have you gotten? The PhalBack claims talk about the rapid growth in the beginning being essentially "newbie gains". For someone who’s already gotten their newbie gains, I’d guess those early weeks of rapid growth wouldn’t be a reality.
deSol I have not been successful in PE despite years of on and off again attempts. Maybe .25" from the Phallosan after 1000 hours 5 years ago and that’s it.

I sustained an injury that was completely my fault but should not be too big of a setback. Sometimes I just get overzealous with projects that I’m really excited about. Lesson learned. Despite the injury I still set a new in-tube record of 7.66". Further details in blog but tldr I may take a day or two off and the new chambers look great. Very excited to use them.
Additional comment, red dots are very possible for the entirety of the treatment according to the documentation I received. They should go away when treatment is completed.

One thought I have is whether a glans cap, maybe even a full or partial sleeve and cap makes sense? As I understand, the base concept is that girth will follow length, so any restrictions in girth from a cap/sleeve may be irrelevant, but edema and other tissue damage may be mitigated?

I’m purposely following their routines exactly as outlined with no deviations. I want to test their methodology 100%. The good news is that this has been resolved.
I have now gained almost 1/2" length in the tube in just 6 days.
