Their web site is a remarkable example of promotional advertising. Also for trying very hard to avoid mentioning they’re selling a penis pump.

Their target market is doctors, and they won’t say how much their amazing new device costs; "Let’s Make a Deal!" pricing, probably.

They mention the FDA, but the FDA has ban on approval for "penis enlargement" devices. Maybe they’re trying to get it certified as a "Vaccum Erection Device" since it has a pressure limiting valve. Their web site has *remarkably* little useful information.

Their tube has a bulky pump built into the base, a clumsy-looking bracket, and some "wings" that are apparently intended to support the assembly on your thighs if you’re sitting. The wings appear to be held on with air hose quick-connects.

There’s some kind of bulky tablet computer in the GIANT STORAGE CONTAINER, which records data for "compliance." Like a CPAP machine, I guess. They blither about their "measurement sensor". There’s a cylindrical object visible in the end of the tube; presumably that’s the sensor.

Someone put a lot of effort into polishing their marketing approach, but… as noted earlier, it’s just a pulsing penis pump. BUT!… "In just 90 days, it will make you a man!" Excuse me, channeling a little Rocky Horror Picture Show there.

The search functions at MOS, PhalloBoards, and LPSG don’t show any mention of it. However, PhalBack is now a sponsor at PEGym.

I was sent an email from phalback and you are “renting” the device for 90 days. The cost.$15,000.00.

Reddit posts put it at $20k for rental now. That’s a lot of loot for a vibrating pump.

Interesting to review. You can find the patent, or at least some summary details. I suspect one can locate the actual patent filings and illustrations, etc. In any event, it does sound like a pulsed vacuum device, but with some added precision vibrations (for lack of a better term). It does get up to a 17 level for the vacuum, but also says you can adjust up to that level. I suspect one could reverse engineer this if its nothing more than a pulsing/suck and release vacuum coupled with some frequency of vibe. Some of the description made it almost sound like ultrasound, though you don’t feel that vibrate. Regardless, a very steep price/

He has several threads on PEGym, under his current username and an older one. I particularly liked the part where he talked about cycling the vacuum pulses at the "resonant frequency" of the penis.

Andy, it may well be a very expensive approach to what we all know and have used. Though from reading various bits it seems the theory is that the pump/vibration combo acts on a flaccid/soft penis to stretch it, versus what most here typically do (approximate full erection pressure and sometimes insert erect to begin with). I have zero idea whether the pressures used would, of necessity, approximate full erection. From what I gathered, the device may have been created to assist in recovery from prostate surgery, or at least that was the impetus.

I sent an inquiry to one of the listed "partners" but have received no response. I am also under there are any recent postings by the Phalback folks?

In any event, I did locate the patent, but don’t have the time, nor inclination to weed through all the technical details. However, it appears to rest on a sequencing of variable vacuum levels, interspersed with a level of vibration therapy. This is not a simple vibrator, rather I think the inventor suggests he had found a therapeutic level of hz, probably 50hz, more or less. I know there are articles on whole body vibration therapies for muscle development, along with targeted devices. I also ran across the article below for the Tenuto device, apparently geared toward inducing erection, at 50hz. The suggestion with the Phalback apparently is that the combo of variable vacuum, coupled with some proprietary vibrations (also variable and periodic during the session), together induce the cellular changes touted in their literature. Who knows.

Barring a reasoable study backing up their claims, this falls into the "wait and see" category for me. There’s too many folks willing to believe their own exaggerated claims to take this at face value.

Until there are some verifiable third parties vouching that they saw results anything like the claims, I see no reason to credit the hype.
