I think I have seen this over the last few years via an Asian supplier. As I understand it, you basically stack the soft rings then tuck between your thighs like a Fowfer and it has a tugging effect as you walk. But, it seems walk you must, or no use.

So you have to walk and if you don’t it doesn’t work? What jelq device do you suggest that covers the whole top and side of penis other than hand? I’m scared my hand may cause my penis to bend over time because of the form used with the hand formation
