Want to start again and get results....but have no time!!
Hey men!
I want to be very serious about PE and don’t have a lot of time to sit and read forums and threads. I would love any advice and exercises/routines to use. I have not done anything since May except the occasional grab and stretch my dick for a few seconds when I am in the bathroom.
I have posted similar threads before but had poor response. I have about 30 min in the morning that I can really devote to my dick- part of that time is in the shower too so that my be a benefit (I’ll have reason to be naked and a way to warm up).
What exercises should I do? I want to make the best of my time.
I also am on my feet a lot during the day so I thought that an ADS might be a benefit.
There are days that I go from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. before I get home. Any suggestions for those days would be appreciated.
Again I do not have a lot of time to devote to logging on and reading so please keep it simple.
