Feeling better. :) Did a little PE today, but nothing major. Just curious now, my job requires I lift a lot. Some things are 50-80lbs and normally we have to get help doing lifing anything too heavy. I hadn’t been doing that.

Also been working still, had a flare up Saturday and my muscles began burning. I guess your Pelvic Floor does more than help with boners and cumming. Getting better. :)

Yup, do ask for help lifting heavy stuff. You can feel it in that area if it’s being worked. Great that you’re better.

I this whole fiasco I am going to remove clamping from my PE exercises. Focus more on stretching, jelqing and pumping.

This has scared me a great deal. I know I know what happened is a combination of clamping etc. I just want to be happy, for me being happy won’t take a lot.

I haven’t played with clamping, so I can’t say personally. But it sounds like you’re going in the right direction. Sometimes stuff like that puts more extreme pressure stress on certain areas. Less can be more, relax into it. Listening to our bodies, it will give you clues to what’s happening

I know several men may say this is a bit forthcoming, but have you tried prostate massage? I had a burning type thing too, 6 years ago. Very weird. I was barely doing PE then, but it just came on. It was with my meatus, it was slightly inflamed and burned, it was irritated for three days. It also kind of burned when I peed, but like more at the base of my penis or somewhere “inside” of me and I couldn’t identify the location. Went to a doctor. What a quack! Told me not to worry, humans are a resilient species and we (humans) can kick pretty much anything. I wasn’t buying his shit. He told me to rub something on the tip, which I did (can’t remember, one of those anti-something creams) for a few days, but it didn’t seem to help at all. I did not cum at all during this time. I started to feel a bit backed up, although nothing was “sexy” at all and I wasn’t into it.

Then, after 5 days of wondering, the no-news from my doc, and cream, I realized I should do a prostate massage. I’m an avid prostate stimulation fan and have had more Os than I can count over the last 7 years from Aneros and other toys. But I had not done any prostate play for maybe 2 weeks at that point, and thought maybe I can milk my prostate and something else might happen and make this feeling go away?!

So, I used a small Aneros for about 30 minutes. It was quite comforting. It certainly milked some prostate fluid out of me, some of which was really really thick. Like a little white ball, one or two of those mixed in with differing levels of white and clear fluid of different consistencies. It felt like I was “getting rid” of something that was problematic. And I swear to you guys reading, the next day my meatus was not inflamed anymore, only barely red, and that weird discomfort from peeing was totally gone. The following day it was even better. I came normally the day after that, just an easy masturbation session for about 40 minutes, and I came normally with no pain or irritation or anything.

I brought this up in some user-based medical problem forum when I was in a panic back then as I was undergoing this weird shit. I told everyone, not in as much detail as here, that I did a prostate massage and my issue cleared up in two days. Some of the guys on that thread dealt with the same problem for TWO OR MORE YEARS, doctor after doctor prescribing antibiotics for candida, prostate infections, etc., and no one was getting any help or relief. Of course someone had to write seriously derogatory things towards me (something along the lines of “being gay” but meaner than that) and I doubt anyone took me seriously because no one ever commented on my idea. But, I know it worked for me, or at least helped!!

Getting better. :) Thanks for the post, I had heard about prostate massages. I haven’t tried any, mostly because I am not comfortable with the idea of messing around back there. I’d rim another guy and top him but just not into anything being behind me at all.

Maybe if I find a guy I really enjoyed being with would I ever think about prostate massage on myself. :)

Clamping is the main cause of my injury. And that I am still healing. It’s a learning lesson, the area which is damaged will take a good deal of time to completely heal. It’s OK.

Just wish I could make it go faster.
