Bottleneck Erection

Bottleneck Erection

Just wondering if anyone else has this experience. When I’m going from flaccid to erect, sometimes there is a tight band around the middle of my shift that does not expand until the very end or with assistance. This has become Pronounced lately since I resumed PE. Just worried that it might be a sign of Peyronie’s disease. This is called bottleneck peyronie’s.

I used to have that, but since it always went away when I was fully erect, although I didn’t like it, I didn’t worry about it. I could also simultaneously squeeze below and above the necked down area to fill it out faster. I don’t have it any more and I’m guessing it is because I do PE. My primary PE method is pumping, so you might want to consider this method to see if it helps any.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thanks gprent, I wasn’t sure if this was something that might get worse if I keep up pe. I’ve been doing squeezes only, as it seems to work the best for me (no horse squeezes or clamping, just hand squeezing at 50% erection).

That sounds very much like septal scarring. Effective treatments are either 2.5mg Cialis daily for 6 months, or VED daily but with conservative pressure.

A bit more info in laymen terms would be helpful. I tried googling septal scarring and got information unrelated to pe. I’m guessing this isn’t a good thing

It is related to Peyronie’s in that instead of a scar on tunica albuginea, you have scarring on the septum of the penis. Instead of causing bending it causes hourglassing and bottlenecking.

Minor cases will be completely invisible when erect, if it gets worse it can become visible while erect.

Obviously I can’t tell you for sure, but that is generally the cause of bottlenecking and hourglassing.

Thanks, that was what I was worried about. Do you think squeezes will help or hurt?

I don’t know how squeezes work so I can’t say.

Squeezes

If you and are not doing your reps deep enough or closer to the pelvic bone

It may be causing what I have heard called a baseball bat shape. It does have

An hourglass look to it. I experienced this and corrected my technique by starting

More erect and pulling more of the shaft out some before re gripping. You might

Try starting with less erection, but don’t be afraid of the plaque getting worse from

PE it will likely curve less with use of it.

My initial reason to pursue the PE was for a Peyronies plaque that a urologist

Told me.might/would, but did not,.. Go away in time. After a year I started PE.

I have reduced the curvature maybe 50% but have only been at it for 6 month’s.

There are many benefits to PE, most will agree, in addition to the redux/ correction

Of Peyronies scarring we just have to make it a routine.
