Bruised spots

Hi gents. I’ve been pe ing for a while, but back in the beginning i did my manual stretches wrong. I was grabbing on the head while i was pulling and it left permanent bruised like spots, looks like a big freckle. does anybody have any ideas on how to remove Them. Thankyou in anvance for your ideas
