White spots on glans

Hey guys after doing PE for a week I did only streches I noticed white spots on the glans
The spots are not like bumbs its looks like loss of pigmantation I found some one who described it well

That said, about a month ago I noticed something that has scared me quite a bit. On my glans, on the right side (not that you needed to know that, sorry I’m a details dude) I’ve noticed some white spots. Not like the ‘bumpy pimple type things’ you can get on your shaft, but like spots where the circulation seems to be bad. If I apply brief gentle pressure to it the blood seems to rush in and I get uniform color again, but then after short while (1 min or so) the spots are back. Again the skin has the same texture as the rest of my glans, is NOT raised in anyway, just has some spots that are whitish were the blood seems not to be arriving as well. Anyone else experienced something similar

When I touch the glans the feeling is the same so I repeat its. Like loss of color in these spots

Do you have any itchiness, soreness, burning sensation? Are they raised or flat? Any loss of sensation?

They are flat like loss of color I had some ligthning pain but not any more and I noticed my vein thay go from the pubic bone to the middle of the penis is big and if I look from the side its look like the vein is getting out of the penis like raised specely when my penis is flacced its look big

Sounds similar to pearly penile papules that can form at the ridge. They are not dangerous nor any type of STD. Nothing to worry about.

The vein is probably showing through from an increase in blood flow to your penis. When you are hard or doing any type of PE the vine should be soft to the touch, kind of spongy if you will.

The lightening pain could be a sign of too much pressure. Might need to back off the grip a little. Pain is always a negative in this game. I’m sure others will chime in soon and give you some good advise.

They can form anywhere on the penile tissue. Search the injury forum here and see if there are any similar cases, you never know.
