Hanging 6 lbs. of weight while reclining is very dangerous. Had to stop pe for the last three months. Beware. What worked for some didn’t for me.

What went wrong exactly?

Pain is what happened. Not while I was hanging but the next day. It hurt so bad I took pain relievers and thought I’d have to go to the doctor. But I’m not giving up on hanging, man. I will avoid using the latex loop described in Tom Hubbard’s workshop. Not a good idea which he warns.
