Donut Effect after masturbation, no pe for over a month

Forum monitors can delete the post below. Sorry about that. My unit just hasn’t been right like explained in an earlier post. I haven’t done any type of pe in a little over a month and the pe I was doing before was not very involved either. Now after I masturbate of have sex my unit gets that baseball bat effect. I am guessing it is fluid, and it develops right under the head. Also right after ejaculating my unit gets very tingly and red almost as if blood hasn’t been there before. This has happened to me before and I can’t understand the reason since I have not done any pe. Any ideas on what this might be? I understand fluid buildup from stretching hanging or even jelqing but just from masturbation or sex?

Anyone? Could it be a circulation problem? My shaft is a lot less sensitive that it used to be as well.

I’ve never heard of these symptoms before. Is your general health ok? In your family, is there any history of diabetes, or high blood pressure?
