Dull ache in right nut

Not sure if this is PE related or not.

I have a dull ache in my right teste is not so painful more of a heavy dull achey feeling any ideas?

I’ve had similar pain since long before starting PE and have done extensive research. You won’t like this but marijuana has this effect on some males. After stopping it went away. Some men seriously hurt themselves by continuing to smoke. The other most common culprit is back pain. Start doing yoga or core exercises like planks.

Try these . This will definitely help, plus get your urine checked out for any infections. I’ve been suffering from testicle pain for almost a year come’s and goes, what your eat also makes a difference.
For you hopefully its just a strained low back causing problem’s.

Heh thanks so much for the replies guys.. I eat really healthy so sometimes this helps subside the pain like for instance after drinking a green young coco I feel less irritation. I did smoke alot before but now I just vape and very seldom do even that!!

Is not really pain is just a irritation or a dull ache is best way to describe it.

I hear what you are saying re back problems as I have always had a weak lower back however I don’t follow how this is linked to testes.

Maybe it’s varicocele? I have it, although in my left testicle, and I sometimes get a light dull ache in and around that area. I probably wouldn’t know I have it if a doctor hadn’t told me when I was around 13 years old. Although back then, he just referred to my testicles as a "bag of worms." I just thought that meant they hang low, because they do, but recently I had remembered him saying that, and I decided to look it up and see what it meant, and that’s how I figured out what it is.

Nerves go from your lower back to testicles. an off set pelvis can cause this problem too.
