I posted this in a different section and out of 140 views there was not one comment, so here goes again…

For the hanging vets;

I’m curious what the long term effects of hanging are on the penis. Have you known of anyone here who has injured themselves irreparably (not by an accident), but simply by hanging of a long period of time??

Check this out! this has been a GAME CHANGER for me!

After EVERY session I massage (stretch/edge whatever) with coconut oil! Before that, yes my skin was getting weird and it wasn’t until I coconut it everytime did it change. How long did you use the zen hanger and how often? I see so many people saying to never use noose hangers. But I’ve been using the zen for 4 months now at 7.5lbs and I hang for about 3-4 sets of 45 mins each night and have not had any negative effects. It does cut circulation off and some numbness can occur after hanging for me but after about a minute or 2 and some light jelqs to get the blood flowing it’s back to normal for me? I’ve tried the vacuum hangers and honestly the zen is the most comfortable and easier option for me. I’m scared that maybe I could experience bad effects/injury if I use the zen for a full year but don’t all hangers give lack of circulation and similar effects? If you use a noose hanger safely and correctly could it not be okay to use?
