Heard anything about long term damage

Even though I have seen slight gains since I started with Thunders 3 months ago, I was wondering about the long term effects. Things are going pretty good right now. I’ve made slight gains in length. Very little in girth. I was wondering if there are any long term negative effects. I know I read a post on here where urologists basically blast the idea of jelqing and pe in general as preposterous. I had to wake up at the age of 50 and have a non-functioning penis. Even though I want to improve myself in size and performance, this is still a new endeavour and the last thing I would want to do is cause permanent damage. Permanent gains is more like it. Speaking of which. At what point do the gains become permanent?

Gains will become permanent after you have cemented them. Do a search for more information.

I meant to say “I would hate to wake up at 50”.

I would too like to know if this causes long term damage, if it did, that’d really suck.

Actually Bird, debate is still going on whether gains, cemented or not, are permanent.

What seems clear is that to most some maintenance pe-program is in order to keep your gains even after having cemented them. On the upside, it appears that this maintenance program doesn’t have to take up as much time as the pe-program needed to make actual increase in size reality.

To cause permanent damage you really have to go way overboard using too much force, too much time or both. This is usually the result of extreme impatience or the misguided notion that PE somehow involves pain.

If you follow directions and stay in the moderate range with your techniques, you will never cause anything close to permanent damage. More likely, improved erection strength and larger flaccid and erect size.

Hi Mule, nice to see you back  . What have you been doing lately?

There is also a debate going on if PE does work, doctors and medical specialist usually agree that PE is impossible. You don’t agree with them, do you?

Gains can be cemented and with a proper maintenance routine you also keep you erection strength. This way you keep your enlarged penis.

Thanks Bird! Been too busy for pe but I’m back! :)

You just said it yourself, you need maintenance to keep what you got.
