How to heal PE injuries

Please move this post to penile injury forum. I can’t because I’m a newbie on this website but I have a detailed post on ow to heal PE related injuries.

Listen people this stuff can really mess you up but I’m here to tell you the solution if you get injured. If you get injured totally stop touching no sex no masturbation and no exercises at all including kegels. You may feel like as you leave it alone it continues to get worse and worse and will stop working all together how ever this is just your body going into healing mode. Just don’t touch it even though you might freak out and it might be your instinct to touch it you will only stop the healing. Your body is just trying to get rid of whatever scar tissue you built up and heal whatever wound you might of caused. Sometimes there is no wound its just to much scar tissue if you leave it long enough it might appear to be getting a lot worse then one day out of no where after about 1 month and a half or less or more (just don’t touch it no matter how long it takes because it will heal but will probably take about a month and a half) you will get a morning erection it will be fully hard just like used to before you started exercises (you might get one that’s not fully hard and doesn’t flex but its not likely and it will slowly work its way up and then one day you will get one that flexes it will go back to normal and start flexing just like it used to just wait no matter how bad the injury the penis is very resilient if left alone (but usually this won’t happen, usually it will be fully hard and flex by its self the first time) ). That is the beginning but it might go down quickly (progressively they will last longer as it re strengthens). Still don’t touch it continue to leave it alone especially after this stage once it starts strengthening if you masturbate or have sex or do exercises you will mess yourself up really badly. Now continue leaving it alone for as long as possible maybe 3 months or more or until you start having wet dreams and it starts clearing itself out naturally and then after at least 3 months! Start off easy maybe masturbate or have sex once a week maximum but I would recommend no sex or masturbation for as long as possible and only ejaculating from wet dreams. Just to be on the safe side until your sure your 100 percent better! Then please do yourself a favor and never exercise your penis again and be thankful for what have. Listen if you leave it alone the body knows how to heal itself. Final note: when I say flex I mean your body will do it automatically don’t force a kegel.

If you are talking about scar tissue and 3 months healing time, you are describing major damage that supposedly occurred over a relatively long period of time.

Hopefully, most injuries are recognized way before that level of healing is required, and most take on the order of several days to a week of time off to get back to normal.

It is better to be safe then sorry with these things and the scar tissue goes away in 1 month and a half like I said maybe less maybe more but you want to wait three month after that because the penile tissue starts to deteriorate when when your body isn’t doing natural kegels to strengthen it so you wanna wait an extended period of time after your body starts clenching again so that the tissue is strong and won’t tear from a large amount of blood flowing in from an orgasm if its not as bad of an injury it might recover faster yes but I’m just being careful because these things are to be taken with precaution

Oh yes and just encase someone misunderstands me. If you wake up and you have an erection and it doesn’t flex by itself. Don’t try to flex it just leave it be it might take a little while but 1 morning you will wake up and it will flex automatically. Do not force any kegels!

Any information to back up your thoughts?

I am guessing you are talking about an injury that occurred to you and was wondering what you were doing to cause it?

But people do get injured sometimes and sometimes they do to much and get to much scar tissue and their penis goes into remission and they freak out think their life is over and start trying to push as much blood into it as possible to keep it alive which only makes it impossible to heal if either of these situations happen my advice is perfect

If you hadn’t noticed their are tons of threads about people who injure themselves on this and this is something almost exclusive to people who practice PE you can’t deny the correlation

This forum is all about learning how to do PE correctly so injuries don’t occur in the first place. If an injury does occur, you should take care of it promptly when it can be healed quickly.

Thats great but there are tons of people posting on here about how they are already injured and I am telling them the way to heal after an injury has occured because they are getting paranoid and not leaving it alone to let it heal so I don’t understand why your arguing with me? There are people here who are mildly to seriously injured and aren’t gonna get better unless somone lets them know that it doesnt die when you don’t touch it. It reboots there are so many people on here saying they’r already injured and are asking what to do? So what do you mean by this form is only for prevention when people are also asking for solutions

Instead of arguing with me for no reason and pretending that the problem with PE injuries doesn’t exist you should be promoting this post and rating it well so that the countless number of people on here who are complaining about injuries get a real comprehensive solution because there is no guidance from even doctors with these kind of problems almost everyone who goes to a doctor with PE related ED are told that its in there head and there is nothing wrong which is not the case.

The point is you’re not sharing anything new. It would be like any other injury. You come off as adding something new as well as saying PE isn’t safe when practiced properly..

But these people don’t know to leave it alone. Like I said they freak and start trying to push blood into in order to save it because they think its dying and the advice there getting is to do kegels and maybe rest for only week which is incorrect advice. If you overwork and your body starts trying to reduce the inflammation and scar tissue you should not only stop PE and kegels you should also abstain totally for a long period of time the problem is not being addressed like this in anyway on this forum people seem very confused about what to do so I put a fully detailed answer and yes PE is dangerous anything that can lead to something as bad as erectile dysfunction if a mistake is made should be regarded as dangerous
