How to heal PE injuries

Listen people this stuff can really mess you up but I’m here to tell you the solution if you get injured. If you get injured totally stop touching no sex no masturbation and no exercises at all including kegels. You may feel like as you leave it alone it continues to get worse and worse and will stop working all together how ever this is just your body going into healing mode. Just don’t touch it even though you might freak out and it might be your instinct to touch it you will only stop the healing. Your body is just trying to get rid of whatever scar tissue you built up and heal whatever wound you might of caused. Sometimes there is no wound its just to much scar tissue if you leave it long enough it might appear to be getting a lot worse then one day out of no where after about 1 month and a half or less or more (just don’t touch it no matter how long it takes because it will heal but will probably take about a month and a half) you will get a morning erection it will be fully hard just like used to before you started exercises (you might get one that’s not fully hard and doesn’t flex but its not likely and it will slowly work its way up and then one day you will get one that flexes it will go back to normal and start flexing just like it used to just wait no matter how bad the injury the penis is very resilient if left alone (but usually this won’t happen, usually it will be fully hard and flex by its self the first time) ). That is the beginning but it might go down quickly (progressively they will last longer as it re strengthens). Still don’t touch it continue to leave it alone especially after this stage once it starts strengthening if you masturbate or have sex or do exercises you will mess yourself up really badly. Now continue leaving it alone for as long as possible maybe 3 months or more or until you start having wet dreams and it starts clearing itself out naturally and then after at least 3 months! Start off easy maybe masturbate or have sex once a week maximum but I would recommend no sex or masturbation for as long as possible and only ejaculating from wet dreams. Just to be on the safe side until your sure your 100 percent better! Then please do yourself a favor and never exercise your penis again and be thankful for what have. Listen if you leave it alone the body knows how to heal itself. Final note: when I say flex I mean your body will do it automatically don’t force a kegel.
