I have blood spots after 4 days PE

I would take a few rest days and then start again slowly and build up intensity very gradually.

The blood spots might take a few weeks to disappear but you’ll be o.k.

Also, remember to warm up with a method that is suitable for you and maybe do another warming in-between PE sets and then after so you could avoid those spots.

One thing I’ve noticed with myself, if I see spots, is if I take a nice long warm/hot shower it goes away.

You’d better take a break from PE for a few days till they go away.
